Interesting coincidence, but there are NO coincidences. Good time for a hot war as a distraction. |

They had said March 27th was the absolute last day that March 20th was the last "set" of extensions and it being 1 week. Interesting stuff you got there. Never saw how they couldn't maybe they should be asking themselves who they elected into office are those people still there and why did the euro accept a country into the zone that is this fucking messed up. Really I wanna know how greece got into the Euro it pretty much amazes me. |

People always lie about firm dates when they anticipate a debacle. Insiders will dump first and screw everybody else. Quoting: Mr. Toppit The likelihood is that these revelations will act as a self-denying prophecy. That is to say, if the story continues to hold up, the Troika-Berlin axis will now have to look for another schedule – purely for the purposes of denial. |

No more can kicking ? They've finally ran out of road to kick it ? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 10960988 Is this what you're saying !? Yes. They have unloaded all their toxic bonds onto the Greek and European tax payers and pension funds, and they are ready for the final act of robbing everyone on the EU. |

Yeah I see your point, but what makes you so sure they're not gonna find a way to delay the inevitable even more !? For about 2 years now, there were talks about Greece's default and it still hasn't happened ! What has changed now? What is so different about the current situation that makes you so sure March is the month of default ? |

What is so different about the current situation that makes you so sure March is the month of default ? If you read the source of this article, they provide a pretty convincing timeline of the last months' events. They clearly demonstrate how Germany is stonewalling the whole process of PSI, in order to force Greece out of Euro. Personally, I don't think that 23rd of March will be THE date, since it was leaked, but it could be around this period. Last Edited by john445 on 02/17/2012 08:19 AM |

Don't get me wrong I understand what you're going through and I know that when the default actually happens, Greece will experience some very rough times ! I just wanna know you opinion on this ? Do you think this will spread and if so...why is Germany pushing Greece out of the Euro when it knows this could have broader implications, even on them in the near future ! |

All Greek Merchant Marine needs to be seized and sold off. 2. All foreign assets, real estate and holdings of Greeks to be seized. 2. Banks and Creditcard companies will need to max out all creditcards and overdrafts of all Greek citizens and corporations and return the funds to be offset against their debt. 4. All Greek tourists luggage to be seized around the world and sold off, I would guess, on Ebay to offset the debt. 5. All flights and tickets to travel for all Greeks around the world get instantly cancelled and any refund returned to help pay the debt. 6. All Greek tourists would need to be thrown straight out of any hotels and onto the street where they are staying as they cannot pay their bills. |

Sounds enticing, maybe i should lay out a plan to some greek captains that they visit a harbour, then their ships are seized, after a small bonus payment. |

So would someone explain to me why ANYONE would think that the Greeks do not derserve the rightful and legal process of repossession that has resulted from a crazy socialist spend, spend, spend Government, elected by choice by the people of Greece, yet Germany which had been run by an unelected Kaiser DID deserve getting whipped shitless to pay up? Guess that's because Germans are subhuman and Greeks are not, is that right? |
