I would be very interested to hear exactly what claims you have tested and found to be false? That alone sounds like puffed-up grandstanding...and I am not pushing books, I am merely suggesting you read them and the reason I give those as examples is because I recently read them both after hearing both authors speak in interviews and what they and the books said made sense. The facts they state in their books can be looked up and verfied easily so it is confusing when you say you tested their claims....I feel you have never read much of anything documented.

As for the dead animals, can you provide any documented proof of a mass amount of dead birds and fish occuring any time prior to 2010?

I do not claim to know all the facts but I do claim to have actually done some research and have my eyes wide open in observation.

The dead birds etc are due to the magnetosphere failing. If you look you will soon see that all of the animals dying are ones that rely on magnetic navigation.

You haven't presented any claims from either of those books. No, I'm not going to buy either of the books just to entertain you. I'm talking about Planet X as a subject to which many people have made claims. Those two books do not hold a monopoly on the claims, but if you want to present claims from those books go ahead. So far what I've seen from you is handwaving to unrelated matters like animal deaths, earthquakes, etc.

So you admit that you have not read these books yet earlier you claimed to have tested their claims.

I love how you are trying to turn it around on me now and take the onus off of you.

I am happy to share information from these books but I do believe I asked you first to please share at least one claim you have tested, if not from these books which you now admit you have not read, but do please share ANY claim you have tested.

Just one. And add how you did this testing.

Why are the earths magnetic poles changing?

Why are all of the planets in the solar system heating up?

Again, the two books you're pushing do not hold an exclusive monopoly on Planet X claims. In fact, some of them even post their claims online as well as in book form. Why are you acting like these two books hold a monopoly on Planet X claims? Which author is paying you to push their books or are they all paying you?

The magnetic poles always change, it's what they do. Over time as we get closer and closer to the next MAGNETIC pole flip they'll become less stable. Likewise the sun itself goes through cyclical change. As stars go it's actually fairly stable, but that does not mean it is unchanging. None of this indicates "planet x" so I really don't see what it has to do with the subject at hand.

I never said these books were holding a monopoly on planet x, I simply said they are the books I recently read and held alot of eye opening information. Hey, if I read any others on the subject I will be sure and let you know!

Did you still want me to provide a list for you of the information I gleaned from these books that I found to be potentially correct about planet x?

Here is what I learned from these books:

1. To take a closer look at the ancient texts and writings by various world cultures and see the common threads that run throughout all...massive earth disasters that take place every 3400 years approx, with very similar circumstances recorded all over the world.

2. Question why so many underwater cities are not allowed to be looked at further, why divers are denied access to these sites and why the ones that have been investigated show similar signs of earth disasters from a shared past.

3. Looking closer at the discovery of planet x in 1983 and then the subsequent cover up.

4. the claims in these books that as we approach 2012, more and more sightings of planet x will be captured and sure enough, that is indeed happening! Of course these sightings are debunked constantly but just like the earth noises/groaning, they cannot all be hoaxes. I refuse to believe there would be that many devious people out there to all take the time to make hoaxes. Maybe I am too optimistic but I just think not everyone is that cruel.

5. Speaking of the earth sounds/groaning, this is mentioned in the books long before any of these instances were recorded worldwide...again, it was said these sounds would grow as we approach 2012 and sure enough...

6. The mass animal/fish/wildlife deaths...I agree it is from the magnetic effects but those are caused by the incoming planet x...and these are mentioned as harbinger signs to watch for...long before they started happening en masse!

Anyway, there is much more but that is a starter list and I am tired and going to bed and resolve to take the advice from Marshall Masters and not bother trying to convince those that are unconvinceable...it is a waste of time and energy and although Astrodome is unable to state an answer to the one simple question he was asked, I am happy to state my findings for anyone who is interested.

I would love any suggestions of any other informative books on the subject too...

It has everything to do with the ever changing enviroment of our sun.

Earth has gone through geomagnetic reversal quite a few times. You and I have yet to experience one, but see the neat thing about earth is that it has a sizeable atmosphere as well and even during a reversal the magnetic field does not drop to zero. The atmosphere is what protects us from electromagnetic forms of radiation and it's actually quite effective at attenuating cosmic rays that manage to make it through the geomagnetic field as well. Now, if we had a very extended period without a geomagnetic field we'd start to see depletion of the atmosphere and eventually wind up looking more like Mars, but there's no reason to believe that will happen anytime soon.

...then why are you even bringing it up in this thread?! You're just making random comments? You want me to start a class to teach you the basics of geomagnetic reversals, the sun, and the cycles each are known to experience?
