Is it true the FBI might shut off the internet to stop a MALWARE?
I didn't know they had the power to do that, I heard people
talking about it in the Park saying it is due to some malicious Malware.

the rumor is they are shutting down DNS servers. which means no internet for alot of people

Why does this measure look like they are trying to prevent hack attack?, how can they stop a malware by shutting the DNS internet off?.

dns is cached locally on dns servers everywhere.
Shutting off the root servers will have no effect unless they are off for 72 hrs.

even winblows has it's own dns resolver cache..

in a cmd prompt type ipconfig/flushdns

you should see your dns cache reset..
