something to maybe keep an eye on. I'm seeing a very similar signal to just before a few other harmonic tremor episodes at katla on the godabunga chart.. [ link to hraun.vedur.is] i've highlighted what I mean here.. [ link to i44.tinypic.com] the black arrows are the precursor signals, and the blue arrows are the resulting harmonics. as you can see, if i'm right we're due to see the blue and green signal shoot upwards in the next 6 hours or so. let's see what happens. The starting point of the precursor signal is also the highest of all the signals so far, if you noticed. I agree with you, remarkable trend. What is really going on - we can only guess, but it just will not end well, just a matter of time. I am very concerned about here is already a two-day absence of data on Hekla strain [ link to hraun.vedur.is] Especially in combination with Jon Frimann chart [ link to www.simnet.is] yeah, that Hekla chart has been showing some very interesting signals. VERY interesting, even one EQ in caldera (red spike)
