O negative people are also related to the rhesus monkey.

How?

Let's say an O positive female and an O negative male get together and produce a child.

According to the blood type calculator, an O negative and an O positive together, the resulting child can be EITHER O negative OR positive....but will still be an "O".

What is significant here is that even if the child turns out to be an O negative blood type, the fact remains that his mother is still O positive.

So there, you have it folks...an O negative person can still be related to the rhesus monkey through his or her mother's genes.
