I know it happens all over the world, all the time. The reason I chose to stay and fight was because it affects so many people other than me. The other ladies who work at Meyer weren't in a position to stand up to them because most of them have dead-beat husbands and/or children to support. I have neither. It's not just Meyer. There is labor trafficking going on in this area. Meyer, or rather, their commercial laundry- Starr Textiles- participates in this, but they are not the ring leader...that would be Shaul Zislin.
