I'm interested in your breakdown. We all have theories however so to set yourself up as "knowing" could be a vital mistake. Proven inaccurate... you become a false prophet.

It is a theory but a very good one. Am I 100% sure on it? No. But from my research, I am VERY sure of it. You will see. There are just too many things that add up that is hard to deny it.

Understood... bring it on! IMO I would tone down however your "surety" to suggest that this is a significant probability illustrated via historical precedence.

Introduction:


As some as you may know or have seen before, the day October 21st, 2011 was the day the world was supposed to come to an end according to Harold Camping.

A few years ago, I saw that date along with his May 21st, 2011 date. I was interested and intrigued in his theory so I read his books. But I knew something was missing with his calculations, so I did some research on my own. What it lead me was to a startling discovery that made my hair stand up!

About a year and a half ago, I took the date of Oct. 21st, 2011 which was the day of Shemini Atzeret or the 8th Day of the Feast of Tabernacles (It is thought of that the Messiah was born or given his birth name "Jesus" on this day), and I added 1260 days to it for the heck of it playing around, and I got to April 3rd/4th, 2015!

I realized after some research, this was Passover and a Blood Red Moon that year. I knew Passover was significant to this case. I also thought, wow, there was a perfect match of 1260 days between those two dates. (October 21st, 2011 to April 3rd, 2015)

I tried adding 1260 days from Shemini Atzeret for other years, which feel on different days besides Oct. 21st to arrive at Passover. I couldn't! It was off. That was very eye opening right there.

Then I started to research Passover and what it meant. It lead to a ton of startling discovering. And some of my discoveries reading the Bible were also found by other researchers. My ideas and theories started to mesh with others out there. I knew on was on the verge to something major!

It was now time to figure out what this meant and what it means for the near future. I found out it all relates to Passover. A future Passover that is. What is known as The End Times Passover!

Chapter 1: 3 1/2 years (1260 days) or 7 years of Tribulation?

There is that common end times Bible eschatology debate whether there is 3 1/2 years of tribulation or 7 year tribulation. Which theory is more correct?

Well, it has always been my thought, along with others that it is 42 months or 3 1/2 years or 1260 days as stated in Revelation 11.

Others on the other hand claim it is 7 years, sometimes breaking it out into 3 1/2 years of tribulation and 3 1/2 years of great tribulation. And they also stake their claim on the Daniel 9 chapter trying to support this idea. Where did this idea come from? The 7 Year Tribulation theory or idea was started by John Darby.

"John Darby (1800-1882) is generally credited as the first man to teach the idea that there would be a 7 year tribulation period. Prior to Darby , there is no known record of anyone claiming that the 7 years of Dan 9:27 outlines the length of the tribulation period in the book of Revelation.

It's not that there aren't an abundance of commentators. For example, all of the following people commented on the End Times, the False Messiah, and other such topics:

The last chapter of the Didache (circa 100-120 AD) outlines the events of the Second Coming, but says nothing about a 7 year trib period.
Irenaeus (120-200 AD), in Book V Chapter XXV , quotes from Daniel to discuss the tribulations and says the false messiah would reign for 3.5 years, and makes no mention of any greater length of 7 years.
Hippolytus (170-236 AD) talked a lot on this topic in his "Treatise on the Christ and the AntiChrist" and did similar to Irenaeus, talking of the False Messiah reigning for 1,260 days (3.5 years), but made no mention of any 7 year period.
Cyprian (200-258 AD) discusses the false messiah too in Letter 55 but said nothing about a 7 year tribulation.
Victorinus (circa 240 AD) wrote a Commentary on the entire Book of Revelation, but not once did he mention anything about the tribulation period being 7 years in length. There's a lot of SEVEN's in the book of Revelation (7 churches, 7 trumpets, 7 seals) and as such, he talks a lot about the symbolic meaning of the number 7 in his commentary on the first chapter. But still, not once does he say anything about a 7 year period despite all of these opportunities and places where one would expect such.
Ephraim the Syrian (4th century AD) discusses the false messiah reigning for 3.5 years, but says nothing of any sort of 7 year tribulation period.

One could probably go through one example after another and find similar results; one commentator after another from the earliest times right on up to Darby had no notion of the End Times fitting into some sort of 7 year time period. We even see the opposite , for all of them talk about the false messiah reigning for only 3.5 years. Darby (19th century AD) is the first person history knows of to suggest that the entire tribulation period would fit into some sort of 7 year period."

Explain Darby's scenario for the end. What exactly happens?

Darby's scenario for the end is a very dramatic one. The first event that will happen is the Rapture, the saints taken to heaven. Then a 7-year period, the Great Tribulation: the Antichrist arises, tremendous persecution; the number 666 is emblazoned on the forehead and the hands of his followers. Then the battle of Armageddon. Christ returns from the skies with his saints, as the Antichrist and his army gather at Armageddon. Antichrist and his armies are destroyed. Christ establishes in Jerusalem the Temple, and the thousand year reign of justice and righteousness, the Millennium. At the end of that period on earth comes the Last Judgment: all those who have ever lived will be consigned either to heaven or hell. And essentially then human history ends. The great drama that began in the Garden of Eden comes to its close. A new heaven, a new earth are created, and essentially the great prophetic scheme has been fulfilled. ...

Tell me about the Tribulation, and the role of jewish people.

The Great Tribulation in Darby's scheme will be a 7-year period. Initially a figure will arise, a man of peace. ... But halfway through the Great Tribulation, this person will reveal himself as the Antichrist, the enemy of righteousness, and will bring a period of horrendous persecution and suffering to the earth. Historically, many prophecy believers have taught that the Antichrist will be a jewish. And it makes sense logically, because the Antichrist will be a mirror of Jesus. Jesus was Jewish, therefore the Antichrist will be Jewish. So we have, for example, the televangelist Jerry Falwell very recently announce that he believes that the Antichrist is a young Jewish male who is probably alive today. That got a lot of attention, but in fact it was very much in the tradition of this strand of prophetic belief that the Antichrist will be a jewish, and that the end could come at any moment. ...

Why have Darby's views come to dominate prophetic belief in our time?

I think Darby's views have come to dominate prophetic belief, certainly in America in our era, because first of all it's such a powerful and appealing system in terms of the drama of the events that are described. In Darby's system, human history takes on meaning, and it has an end point. Events are leading toward a final culmination. And also, his system is very appealing because it avoids date setting. It avoids that risk of pinning the system down to a precise date, and therefore it's not falsifiable. There's literally no way to prove Darby's system false, because it involves events that lie in the future. Combine that with the tremendously powerful engine of American mass culture, with paperbacks that can be sold by millions of copies, televisions, videos, movies. There's just a tremendous coming together, it seems to me, of theological and cultural forces propelling this belief system."

We can see the 7 year tribulation theory was started by Darby and it quickly became the mainstream thinking. But is the theory correct? It doesn't appear so at all.

The 3 1/2 year tribulation has much more support and backing to it and here is why.

Chapter 2: The 1260 days begins on Shemini Atzeret!

Read below to see the connection I have found. It has to do with the key words of "no rain"

Notice above, it says 42 months, or 1260 days or 3 years and 6 months. It also says they have the power to shut heaven and rain not in their prophecy. Where else do we see this connection? The two witnesses are Elijah and Moses.

As we can see above, Elijah would pray or not pray for rain on Shmeni Atzeret or the 8th day of the Feast of Tabernacles. Thus, we can conclude that the 3 year and 6 months (42 months/1260 days) begins on that day! You can see that in Zechariah 14 below.

Lets have more of a look into this....

"Shemini Atzeret, meaning "the eighth day of assembly," is a Biblical Jewish holiday that follows the Jewish festival of Sukkot. It is written: "On the eighth day you should hold a solemn gathering; you shall not work at your occupation" (Numbers 29:35).

Praying for Rain

Shemini Atzeret marks the beginning of the rainy season following the harvest in Israel.

The prayer for rain, Tefilat Geshem, is the only ritual that is unique to Shemini Atzeret. In ancient times, an offering was brought to the Temple in Jerusalem on Shemini Atzeret. But once the Temple was destroyed, the only Shemini Atzeret ritual that remained was the liturgy requesting rain for a plentiful year.

After the prayer for rain is recited on Shemini Atzeret, the phrase Masheev HaRuach U-Moreed HaGeshem (He causes the wind to blow and the rain to fall) is inserted into the Amidah prayer until Passover."

"On Passover we stop reciting the prayer for rain [in the Amidah], for rains that fall at the end of Nissan are considered to be a bad sign for the world, the time for the grain harvest has begun and rain will cause the sheaves of grain lying in the field to rot, instead , we pray for dew to fall and moisten the crops without harming drying grain. The first day of Passover was destined from Creation as the time for dew to fall.

Hence, from the first day of Passover until Shemini Atzeret, we substitute the passage Morid haTal, "Who brings down dew", for Mashiv haRuach u'Morid haGeshem, "Who causes the wind to blow and the rain to fall", in the second paragraph of the Amidah. It is pretty clear the 1260 days now begins precisely on Shemini Atzeret according to the time code I have figured out.

Chapter 3: The 1260 days end on Passover!

Two witnesses last 1260 days, parallel to the 1260 day tribulation or the 42 months the beast has rule upon the earth.

Sodom was destroyed on Passover.

Egypt was destroyed on Passover.

And Christ was crucified on Passover.

So the dead bodies of the two witnesses will happen on Passover in the future.

It has also been said that Elijah returns on Passover, a future Passover that is. Elijah is known as one of the two witnesses.

Our tradition teaches that as history approaches the climactic era of universal peace and brotherhood, it will be Elijah the Prophet who announces the heralding of the messianic era. There is an opinion in the Talmud which states that five cups of wine, not four, are to be drunk at the Seder (Passover). In practice we follow the majority opinion and drink only four cups. In deference to the minority opinion, however, we pour the Fifth Cup of wine even though no one drinks from it. This Fifth Cup of wine bears the name of Elijah because it is he who will eventually resolve this question, as well as many others."

When are people merry and send gifts to one another? Passover!

"Children have long received gifts at Passover as part of a religious tradition. The tradition begins when one piece of matza, called the afikomen, is broken and the broken piece is either hidden or "stolen" by the children gathered at the festivities.
Kids get gifts in exchange for giving up the whereabouts of the afikomen. The word "afikomen" translates to "dessert" in Aramaic and it will be the last thing eaten to top off the holiday's services."

After 3 1/2 days the two witnesses were resurrected, just like how Jesus was resurrected 3 days later from Passover. As you can see in Revelation 11 above, it mentions that the day the two witnesses are resurrected 3 1/2 days later, there is a "great earthquake". Where else did a "great earthquake" happen in the Bible?

Elijah comes on Passover, which might mean he dies on Passover as well, the last Seder. He comes before the Day of the Lord, during the time when the Sun darkens (Total Solar Eclipse) and the Moon becomes blood (Total Lunar Eclipse) it is speculated of.

Chapter 4: The Passover Blood Red Moon of 2015


About a year and a half ago I took that Harold Camping date of Oct. 21st, 2011, which is the day of Shemini Atzeret of that year, and added 1260 days to that day just playing around. I arrived in the calendar calculator to the day of April 3rd, 2015. I quickly looked it up and realized it was Passover of that year, and to my amazement, it was a Blood Red Moon too! I knew this was very meaningful so I began to do some more research. It lead me to pastor Mark Biltz's research, whom 4 years ago discovered something very significant with the timing of the lunar and total solar eclipses that point to the years 2014-2015.

Will Jesus Christ return to Earth in the year 2015?

“God wants us to look at the biblical calendar,” says Mark Biltz, pastor of El Shaddai Ministries in Bonney Lake, Wash. “The reason we need to be watching is [because] He will signal His appearance. But we have to know what to be watching as well. So we need to be watching the biblical holidays.”

In the Old Testament, the prophet Joel states, “The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.” (Joel 2:31)

In the New Testament, Jesus is quoted as saying, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light … And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:29-30)

Gary Stearman of Prophecy in the News noted, “When we think of the sun being darkened and the moon not giving her light, we usually think of some astronomical catastrophe – perhaps the sun sputtering and the moon being affected by all this. But maybe it’s time to rethink this a little bit and think of it as a natural cycle, the cycle of the eclipses.”

Thus, Biltz began focusing on the precise times of both solar and lunar eclipses, sometimes called “blood moons” since the moon often takes on a bloody color. He logged onto NASA’s eclipse website which provides precision tracking of the celestial events.

He noted a rare phenomenon of four consecutive total lunar eclipses, known as a tetrad.

He says during this century, tetrads occur at least six times, but what’s interesting is that the only string of four consecutive blood moons that coincide with God’s holy days of Passover in the spring and the autumn’s Feast of Tabernacles (also called Succoth) occurs between 2014 and 2015 on today’s Gregorian calendar.

“The fact that it doesn’t happen again in this century I think is very significant,” Biltz explains. “So then I looked at last century, and, believe it or not, the last time that four blood red moons occurred together was in 1967 and 1968 tied to Jerusalem recaptured by Israel.”

Biltz says, “You have the religious year beginning with the total solar eclipse, two weeks later a total lunar eclipse on Passover, and then the civil year beginning with the solar eclipse followed two weeks later by another total blood red moon on the Feast of Succoth all in 2015.”

“If you think that this is a coincidence, I want you to know that it’s time!” exclaimed Prophecy in the News host J.R. Church. “There are no more of these for the rest of the century.”

The Prophetic Significance of Year 2015

"The rabbis teach that blood moons, "lunar eclipses" are a sign used by God for the judgment of the nation of Israel. They also teach that solar eclipses are a sign for the judgments of the nations of the world. Mark Biltz has written and spoken about the Sabbatical year of 2015, and sky events leading up to and on the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) of 2015. According to the Jewish reckoning, the year 2008 is a Sabbatical year. A new Sabbatical cycle began on September 29, 2008, and 2015 will also be a Sabbatical year--leading to the Year of Jubilee in September, 2015. It has been discovered that in the years 2014 and 2015 there will be two solar eclipses and four lunar eclipses, all of them occurring on Biblical Holy Days!

A few years ago the author of this site found that 49 years X 360 days (360 days represents one prophetic year in Bible prophecy) = 17,640 days; and, if you add 17,640 days to the recapture of Jerusalem on June 7, 1967 during the Six Day War (which brought Jerusalem and the Temple Mount back into the circle of Israel), the count is completed exactly on Yom Kippur, September 23, 2015. Yom Kippur, 2015, also brings the 70th Year of Jubilee! The next Appointed Times & Seasons Calendar counting period also ends in the autumn of 2015, on Yom Kippur. Therefore, the end of 2015 comes clearly into focus as the ultimate fulfillment year of prophecy and the Day of the LORD!

God Almighty is trying to persuade us to "watch". Skeptics and scoffers will denounce the discovery as mere coincidence, but the prophet Daniel informs us, “Many shall be purified, made white, and refined. But the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but the wise will understand” (Dan.12:10). The seven year tribulation did not start as Mark Blitz and others anticipated in 2008. However, based on the Appointed Times & Seasons Calendar, which illustrates a shorter 3-4 years of "last days" trouble, the ending does arrive in the fall of the year 2015."

If the birth pain process of 1260 days is the tribulation period, it would mean it could very well have begun on October 21st, 2011 and end precisely 1260 days later on Passover Blood Red Moon April 3rd, 2015.

Again, Jesus was quoted as saying:

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light … And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:29-30)

Chapter 5: Revelation 12 Fulfilled Oct. 2011?

My time code points to the tribulation beginning on Oct. 21st, 2011.

In Revelation 12 it says when the woman is clothed with the Sun and the Moon is under her feet, the 1260 days will begin.

Quite a few Youtube videos started coming out last year related to this connection with the Moon under her (Virgo's) feet beginning, Sept. 29th, 2011 (Feast of Trumpets) and also the significance of Comet Elenin.

I think this further supports my theory that the tribulation began on Oct. 21st, 2011, which this is a significant connection that a few other Bible researchers found.

Chapter 6: The 1260 day Time Code of Shemini Atzeret

Here is a small sample size of adding 1260 days to Shemini Atzeret for different years. Passover, Shemini Atzeret and other Jewish holidays fall on different days for different years due to the cycle of the Moon.

Shemini Atzeret Oct. 4th, 2007 plus 1260 days = March 17th, 2011 Passover 2011- April 19th

Shemini Atzeret Oct. 21st, 2008 plus 1260 days = April 3rd, 2012 Passover 2012 - April 7th

Shemini Atzeret Oct. 10th, 2009 plus 1260 days = April 22nd, 2013 Passover 2013 - March 26th

Shemini Atzeret Sept. 30th, 2010 plus 1260 days = March 13th, 2014 Passover 2014 - April 15th

Shemini Atzeret Oct. 21st, 2011 plus 1260 days = April 3rd, 2015 Passover 2015 - April 3rd/4th (Perfect Match!)

You can see above from the sample, there is a perfect match of 1260 days from Shemini Atzeret of 2011 to Passover 2015. For the other years, you can't arrive to Passover shown above.

I am sure using a large sample size adding 1260 days to Shemini Atzeret between two dates, that you wouldn't arrive at Passover like you can for the date of Shemini Atzeret Oct. 21st, 2011

Chapter 7: The Two Witnesses Appear During the Feast of Tabernacles Transfiguration Time Code


Since I have the "two witnesses" appearing during the Feast of Tabernacles of 2011 as part of my time code, I had to research this a little bit more to find out the timing. Would the two witnesses appear during the Feast of Tabernacles and then end their testimony on Passover?

I found something extremely intriguing. The two witnesses are connected with Moses and Elijah. There is one place in the Bible where the two witnesses are mentioned together, along with Jesus. It is during the Feast of Tabernacles! The Feast of Tabernacles is 7 days, and the 8th day is Shemini Atzeret. This connection of the two witnesses with Jesus during the Transfiguration of the Feast of Tabernacles is shown in Luke 9 and Mark 9 below.

The Feast of Tabernacles and the Transfiguration

"At the Transfiguration Peter saw in the dazzling appearance of Christ and in Moses and Elijah, the inauguration of the Messianic times prefigured by the Feast of Tabernacles. Without hesitation he exclaimed; “Let us make three booths, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah.” (Mark 9:5)

“In Revelation, we are told that God “will shelter them (the redeemed) with His presence” (Rev 7:15). The Greek verb used skenosei literally means that God ‘will build a tabernacle’ over the redeemed. Thus Peter’s offer to build three booths must be seen not as an isolated incident in the life of Christ, but as an expression of Messianic significance. The scene of the Transfiguration represented for Peter the realization of the Messianic times foreshadowed by the Feast of Booths.”

"Moses and Elijah appeared with Christ, talking to Him. Peter declared how good it was for them to be there and expressed the desire to build three booths for Moses, Elijah, and Christ. This reference to the booths could imply that this occurred during the time of the Feast of Tabernacles when the jewish people would be camping out in the fields for the grape harvest; for this Feast had acquired other associations in the course of its history, including the memory of the wanderings in the wilderness recorded in the Old Testament book of Exodus."

Thus the appearances of the two witnesses clearly shows a Feast of Tabernacles connection!

Chapter 8: Jesus' 1260 day Ministry Time Code

I also found the connection that Jesus' ministry lasted for 3 1/2 years of 1260 days. This parallels to the ministry of the two witnesses of Revelation 12. Jesus' ministry would begin with his Transfiguration!

If the Transfiguration, which likely happened during the Feast of Tabernacles, specifically on the 8th day of it, Shemini Atzeret, was the beginning of the testimony, then it would end 1260 days later on Passover?

I had to figure this out!

"Answer to: Where do people get the idea that Jesus' public ministry lasted for about 3 1/2 years.

Many times you will hear preachers mention the 3 1/2 year public ministry of Jesus in messages. The do not explain where they get that. In most cases it would distract from the topic at hand. The figure of about 3 1/2 years can be found in the book of John.

In the book of John you will find 4 different Passovers mentioned.

Joh 2:13 And the jewish people' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,

Joh 6:4 And the passover, a feast of the jewish people, was nigh.

Joh 11:55 And the jewish people' passover was nigh at hand: and many went out of the country up to Jerusalem before the passover, to purify themselves.

Joh 19:14 And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the jewish people, Behold your King!

The Passover happened on the same day every year according to the Jewish lunar calendar so this gives us the 3 years.

Lev 23:4 These [are] the feasts of the LORD, [even] holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. Lev 23:5 In the fourteenth [day] of the first month at even [is] the LORD'S passover.

The Passover was always on the 14th day of the first month.

The time between the 4 Passovers was 3 years.
From the first to the second is 1 year.
From the second to the third makes 2 years.
From the third to the forth makes 3 years.

That is were we get the 3 years. So why the half year?

Before the first Passover that is mentioned in the book of John

Jesus gets baptized - this is the start of His ministry
Jesus then goes and spends 40 days in the wilderness
Jesus gets tempted by the Devil
Jesus gets ministered to by the angels
Jesus travels all the way to Cana for a wedding
Jesus turns the water into wine
Jesus then has to travel back to Jerusalem

Allowing for traveling by foot and the time in the wilderness a good guess is about 6 months. The 1/2 year is just a best guess. It might have been less than that or a little longer. That is why we say that Jesus' public ministry was about 3 1/2 years."

Now I had to calculate the 1260 days to see if this was true.

It has been speculated that the day Jesus died on Passover was April 1st, 33 AD.

Taking the date of April 1st, 33 AD (Passover), I subtracted 1260 days from this and I arrived at Oct. 19th, 29 AD, which was Tishri 25. This wasn't Tishri 23 though, which is the 8th day of the Feast of Tabernacles or otherwise known as Shemini Atzeret.

I then realized, Jesus testimony might have ended on Passover Eve, or Nissan 13 during the Last Supper with his disciples.

If you add 1260 days from Oct. 17th, 29 AD, Shemini Atzeret or Tishri 23, you would arrive at March 30th, 33 AD or Nissan 12. Almost an exact match!

Are we saying the 2 witnesses are with us right now? OR since it was previously mentioned that Elijah returns on a Passover, would that be this coming Passover?

Chapter 9: Jesus Born On Shemini Atzeret Halley's Comet Time Code

Jesus died on April 1st, 33 AD, Passover, but when was he born?

He was about 46 years old when he died. 45 years and 6 months to be exact.

John 2
13 And the jewish people' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,

We find further proof that Jesus is in his 40s from the Gospel of John. Jesus is in a Temple, close to the Mount of Olives, talking to the Scribes and Pharisees. The subject turns to Abraham, and the “jewish people” ask Jesus: “You are not yet 50 years old, and have you seen Abraham? (8:57).”Jesus answers: “…before Abraham was, I am”, but the important thing to observe here is that the questioners describe Jesus as not yet being 50. Were he in his 20s or 30s, they would have chosen a different year, but by saying that he is not yet 50, they clearly identify him as being in his forties."

So I looked up Oct. 10th, 12 BC to find out what day it was in the Jewish Calendar, and to my amazement, it was Shemini Atzeret, the 8th day of the Feast of Tabernacles!

It would be Oct. 10th, 11 BC since the calendar convertor includes a 0 year, so you would subtract 1 from 12 BC to make it 11 BC.

October 10th, 11 BC is Shemini Atzeret or Tishri 23.



The Birth of Jesus Christ.

"Since Jesus was conceived six months after John the Baptist, and we have established a likely date for John's birth, we need only move six months farther down the Jewish calendar to arrive at a likely date for the birth of Jesus. From the 15th day of the 1st month, Nisan, we go to the 15th day of the 7th month, Tishri. And what do we find on that date? It is the festival of Tabernacles! The 15th day of Tishri begins the third and last festival of the year to which all the men of Israel were to gather in Jerusalem for Temple services. (Lev 23:34)

Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Immanuel means "God with us". The Son of God had come to dwell with, or tabernacle on earth with His people.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

The Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot), occurs five days after the Day of Atonement, and is a festival of rejoicing and celebration of deliverance from slavery in Egypt (Leviticus 23:42-43).

7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

Why was there no room at the inn? Bethlehem is only about 5 miles from Jerusalem, and all the men of Israel had come to attend the festival of Tabernacles as required by the law of Moses. Every room for miles around Jerusalem would have been already taken by pilgrims, so all that Mary and Joseph could find for shelter was a stable. During Tabernacles, everyone was to live in temporary booths (Sukkot), as a memorial to Israel's pilgrimage out of Egypt - Lev. 23:42-43. The birth of the Savior, in what amounted to a temporary dwelling rather than a house, signaled the coming deliverance of God's people from slavery to sin, and their departing for the promised land, which is symbolized by Tabernacles.

Also of note is the fact that the Feast of Tabernacles is an eight day feast (Lev 23:36, 39). Why eight days? It may be because an infant was dedicated to God by performing circumcision on the eighth day after birth:

Luke 2:21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

So the infant Jesus would have been circumcised on the eighth and last day of the Feast of Tabernacles, a Sabbath day. The jewish people today consider this a separate festival from Tabernacles, and they call it Shemini Atzeret."

The Star of Bethlehem is Halley's Comet. Jesus was not in a manager but otherwise known as a Sukkot during the Feast of Tabernacles.

Jesus was born on the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles, Tishri 15 and 8 days later, he was given his name "Jesus" on Shemini Atzeret!

"So with Christ’s revised birth date of 12 B.C., is there evidence to support it? Was there an astronomical sign or a census that year for Christ’s parents to take part in? The answer is yes! Very intriguing, thank you for sharing. It is interesting times we live in and we need to have our lamps ready and waiting for our groom I too believe Jesus or Yeshua was born during Sukkot. Keep posting, folks need to know and realize they have been fed the traditions and doctrines of men and not truly receiving God's word from his word, reading it and studying it for themselves to show themselves approved.

The 1260 days is the tribulation period and right when the 42 months or 1260 days end, the seven seals are broken on Passover. All hell breaks lose then. Passover is all about the lamb.

The Unopened Book and the Lamb
1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the back side, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

The Seals
1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

9 ¶ And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10 and they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
12 ¶ And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

"The Lion and the Lamb
At the center of this heavenly worship is Jesus, who is described as the long-awaited "Lion of the tribe of Judah" (5:5). This was a traditional Jewish symbol for the triumphant Davidic king. John uses it here to show how Jesus is the victorious King of kings worthy of honor and worship from all of heaven and earth. But in the very next verse, John tells us that this almighty Lion King, worthy of all praise, appears as "a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain" (5:6).

How is it possible that the all-powerful, triumphant "Lion of the tribe of Judah" is a defeated, bloody, dying lamb "standing, as though slain"? The image of the slain Lamb recalls the lamb sacrificed at Passover in order to spare the Israelite firstborn sons in Egypt. Here alongside the royal image of the Lion of the tribe of Judah in Revelation 5:5-6, the image of the slain Lamb shows how Christ established His kingship not through political power or military might, but through His sacrifice on the Cross, offering His life to save us like a Passover lamb.

This is why the myriads of angels cannot contain their joy as they contemplate the mystery of Christ’s work of redemption in this heavenly worship. The Lion King has conquered sin and death by offering himself up as the Passover Lamb slain on Calvary. Thus, they cry out: "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!" (5:12).

John must have had an amazing experience being caught up into this awe-inspiring worship of the Lamb in heaven."

Notice above in Revelation 5:9, it says "And they sung a new song."

When is that new song sung? On Passover!




"After I had searched sing, song, music, play and the names of at least six ancient musical instruments, I tried hymn and struck the jackpot. According to both Matthew and Mark, it is possible that Jesus sang at least once. On the first night of Passover, after he had shared his last supper with his friends, they did one last thing together before they headed out into the night. "When they had sung the hymn," both evangelists say, "they went out to the Mount of Olives" (Matt. 26:30, Mark 14:26).

How had I missed that verse? How many Maundy Thursday suppers had I sat through without ever asking what that hymn was or why we were not singing it, in our dogged attempt to remember everything Jesus had done that night? It only took a minute with a study Bible to discover the answer and confirm it with a rabbi: if Jesus and his friends were singing a hymn after supper, there is every reason to believe it was the Hallel—Psalms 113 through 118—sung during evening prayers on the first night of Passover from Jesus' day to our own.

"The Passover meal was divided into four parts. First, the preliminary course consisted of a festival blessing (kiddush) spoken over the first cup of wine, followed by the serving of a dish of herbs. The second course included a recital of the Passover narrative and the "Little Hallel" (Psalm 113), followed by the drinking of the second cup of wine. The third course was the main meal, consisting of lamb and unleavened bread, after which was drunk the third cup of wine, known as the "cup of blessing." The Passover climaxed with the singing of the "Great Hallel" (Psalms 114-118) and the drinking of the fourth cup of wine.

New Testament scholars see this pattern reflected in the Gospel narratives of the Last Supper. In particular, the cup blessed and distributed by Jesus is identified as the third cup in the Passover Haggadah. This is apparent from the singing of the "Great Hallel" which immediately follows: "And when they had sung a hymn. . . ." (Mark 14:26). Indeed, Paul identifies this "cup of blessing" with the Eucharistic cup (1 Cor. 10:16).

At this point a significant problem arises. Instead of proceeding immediately to the climax of the Passover, the drinking of the fourth cup, we read: "And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives" (Mark 14:26)."

All seven seals would be broken on a single future Passover day but there is more, the horsemen of the Apocalypse would come during Passover as well!

The Angels with the Last Plagues
