Taking a lot of other peoples' research and incorporating it into a few of my "gem-like" discoveries and research. To be honest, a few years ago I didn't even really know what Passover was. I vaguely understood it and I went to Catholic schools my whole life. LOL I have been interested in the end times for about 5 years now, but I think my discovery of playing around with numbers one day, adding 1260 days to Harold Camping's date of Oct. 21st, 2011 that lead me to April 3rd/4th, 2015 Blood Red Moon Passover really opened my eyes. This then lead me to research more, especially Passover, and startling new discoveries came to me one after the other. Last Edited by Revelator Stargate on 03/26/2012 07:19 PM ![]() |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 13101327 03/26/2012 10:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have an almost unrelated question: Quoting: whiteangel Exodus 13:6: Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to the LORD. 7: Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters. 8: And thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which the LORD did unto me when I came forth out of Egypt. 9: And IT (this particular Feast) shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD's law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt. 10: Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year. For those who have food storage, with a decent supply of baking soda, baking powder and yeast; you would have to dump all this, correct? I know there is a great debate going on as to whether or not Jesus fulfilled all the old laws and feasts and since I don't have a clue one way or the other, I am curious about this. Don't worry about going wild with the word "leavening" either, yes beans left long enough do cause a reaction but canned beans are not leavening. Dough with no leavening that sits more than 2 minutes is not considered leavened. Again, don't "add" too much to the word. I thought I would mention this as a lot of websites go in to this and you will find yourself chasing your tail... everyone seems to add to things that should be so simple. Baking Powder and Baking Soda are leavening though, that is correct and simple. |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 13101327 03/27/2012 09:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | As this is a thread about the extreme importance of Passover I'm going to add to the reason of the word leavening in the verse Yahoshua talks about. When the Israelites were in Egypt the "sin" they were committing was following after (being slaves to) their captor's false gods and their captors false religion. The act of Passover was giving up this "sin", giving up the "leavening" (false doctrine, false teaching) that was added to their bread (the Word). This is why Yahoshua says in Mark 8:15 "And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod." So again, with Passover, you are marking yourself as YHVH's people by refusing the false doctrine/false teaching/false religion of the Pharisees, and that is for TODAY'S world too. On Passover when thinking of Yahoshua, what was the "sin" that really crucified the lamb of YHVH. What is the "sin" you are putting out of your home? When we celebrate Passover we just try to do exactly what is described in Exodus. Be careful of the "sin" of adding to/or taking away from the instructions given. There are Jewish people today who are following after false gods by playing "let's hide the Matzo balls" and adding hard boiled eggs to their meal, just like the xtians Ishtar, I mean Easter. I hope that helps you. It's not specific instructions but you can find them in Exodus. Okay, waiting for anything new the OP has to add :-) I check this thread even when I don't look at the front page for new threads. Very exciting, the information in this thread. Thank YOU OP. |
| Revelator Stargate (OP) User ID: 1507989 03/28/2012 12:29 AM ![]() Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Chapter 35: The First Beast of Revelation 13 In Revelation 13, the first beast rules for 42 months. The Revelation of St. John the Divine 13 The Two Beasts 1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9 If any man have an ear, let him hear. 10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. 11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. So if my timeline is correct with the tribulation starting Oct. 21st, 2011 and ending April 4th, 2015, the beast must have gotten power around October 21st, 2011. But who??? What major political figure essentially came back to power then? He had a deadly wound but it was healed. I consider this as a metaphor of a resurrection from the dead of some sorts. I thought to myself, could this be Vladimir Putin coming back to power. Resurrecting himself back from the dead and becoming the Russian President again? hmmm Well around the Day of Trumpets of Sept 2011, it was declared that Vladimir would run for President again, which was a sure bet he was going to win no doubt. :putin123: The return of Putin Russia's humiliator-in-chief Sep 26th 2011, 17:42 by A.O. | MOSCOW [link to www.economist.com] Russian President Vladimir Putin will rule us all. 11 reasons we’re all pawns in his game of pure badassness. ![]() "-Rumor(?): Vladimir Putin is the Anti-Christ. Ezekiel 38 through 39 tells of a future invasion of Israel by a vast coalition of nations that surround it. As we read the headlines in the newspapers of today, and witness the conflict in the Middle East, it's not hard to imagine that this invasion prophesied over 2600 years ago, could be fulfilled in our lifetime. Ezekiel 36-37 predicts a gathering of the jewish people to the nation of Israel, which will be followed by this massive invasion. For 19 centuries the Jewish people were scattered throughout the world, and until May 14, 1948 there was no nation of Israel to invade. With the nation of Israel now a reality, the stage seems set for the war that will usher in the tribulation and the rise of the Antichrist; a war that will end with the destruction of Israel's enemies by God Himself, and lead to the signing of a peace treaty with the Antichrist. As you read Ezekiel 38 and 39, it isn't just the creation of the nation of Israel that makes this prophecy seem likely to be fulfilled in the near future. The nations that God tells us will form this coalition against Israel seem more likely now than perhaps ever before to form just such an alliance. To understand the prophecies of Ezekiel about this future invasion, it's important to understand who the players will be. There are many theories as to who will join in this future invasion of Israel. Before going through a list of the individual nations, I'll list some of the more common theories you'll hear when studying the prophecies from Ezekiel 38. 4. Russian Theory: The Hebrew word 'rosh' in verse 3 is identified with Russia, 'Tubal' with Tiblisi or Tobolsk and 'Meshech' with Moscow, therefore Gog and Magog refers to Russia. This is one of the most commonly held views and is based on a different interpretation of the Hebrew word Rosh (used as a noun rather than adjective), similarities in the pronunciation of words, and the Greek translation of Rosh referring to a tribe of people found in what is now Russia." The Book of the Prophet Ezekiel 39 1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 2 and I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: 3 and I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. 4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field, to be devoured. 5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD. 6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD. 7 So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel. ![]() ![]() This happened just recently: Obama's Private Message to Putin Overheard Mic picks up president saying he'll have "more flexibility" after election. In Revelation 11:3, God states: “I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophecy [preach] 1260 days, clothed in sackcloth.” The length of the ministry of the two witnesses is 1260 days, which is the length of 42 thirty-day months. Revelation 11 prophesies the two witnesses will call down plagues on the earth “as often as they will,” and one of their plagues will turn water into blood. Revelation 16 describes a series of plagues which are poured out on an unrepentant mankind, and one of them turns water into blood all over the earth (verses 3-6). These plagues are even poured out “upon the seat of the beast” himself. Obviously, these plagues are poured out during the 42 months of the beast’s reign for even the beast himself is a recipient of at least some plagues. People worship the image of the beast. And it causes great wonders, that makes fire come down from heaven on earth. What does this all sound like? Yes, the Sun! It's the Sun! 666 is associated with the Sun. Magic Square of the Sun (Sol) "In the Western Occult Tradition, each planet has traditionally been associated with a series of numbers and particular organizations of those numbers. One such method of numerological arrangement is the magic square. Associated Numbers The numbers associated with the Sun are 6, 36, 111, and 666. This is because: Each row and column of the magic square contains four numbers. The square contains 36 numbers total, ranging from 1 to 36. Each row, column and diagonal adds up to111. All of the numbers in the square add up to 666. [link to altreligion.about.com] ![]() "One might notice, for example, that the total of the 6x6 magic square is 666, the so-called number of the beast. It should be pointed out, however, that “666” shows up twice in the Bible, once in Revelation 13:18, but also earlier in King Solomon’s time [1 Kings 10:14]. In both cases, the phraseology is: “six hundred threescore and six”; e.g.: Revelation 13:18: “Here is the wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” 1 Kings 10:14: “Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold.” The degree of magic in a magic square might also be hinted at from its history. In another excellent website, < [link to mathforum.org] the author notes that, “Magic squares have been around for over 3,000 years. They are descendants of the oldest known number mystery, the legend of Lo Shu, found in China in a book entitled Yih King.” [link to www.halexandria.org] "It has been suggested in this newsgroup (alt.christianity) in response to my question regarding the origin of 666 that the number 666 has its roots in numerology. This is the school of thought that agree with. The number 666 has its origins in ancient numerology / astrology, and is connected to what are called "magic squares". The ancients devised a scheme of numbers arranged in squares and ordered in such a way that by adding each row and column, one would reach the same total each time. 666 comes from the square associated with the Sun, which is made up of every number from 1 to 36. The sum of all numbers from 1 to 36 is of course, 666. Surrounding the Sun Square are the 12 divisibles of 666 which are attached to the 12 signs of the Zodiac. For those who practiced numerology / astrology, the numbers 666 and 74 were considered 'holy' numbers, associated with the Sun, which they revered. Numerology / Astrology (from now on referred to as Hermetica) also became a recurring phenomenon in the bible, particularely the KJV. Many of the numbers which are sacred to Hermetica are found to be recurring throughout the KJV, 666 being the most obvious. The famous reference to 666 is found in revelation, but another exists in 1 Kings 10:14 where Solomon takes 666 talents of gold from neighboring kingdoms. Solomon is one of the more important examples of this biblically coded wisdom. Solomon is basically the figure head of the 12 tribes of Israel during his reign as king. Solomon represents the Sun and the Sun Square and the 12 tribes of Israel are the 12 signs of the Zodiac. The 666 clue found in 1 Kings is one hint - another is the name Solomon. "Sol" is the Latin word for the Sun, "Om" is the Hindi word for the Sun, and "On" is the Egyptian word for the Sun." If the solar flares that are recently occurring now that are getting mainstream media attention, I wonder what the solar flares of 2014-2015 are really going to do? Here is the link that shows the future projection of Solar Cycle 24: [link to solarscience.msfc.nasa.gov] I have shown in previous chapters that the seven seals would be opened up all in one day, on a Passover day. There is a half hour of silence or 30 days between the 7th seal to the 1st of 7 trumpets. The first trumpet would be sounded on the Second Passover after the half hour of silence or 30 days. The seven trumpets would all sound during the Second Passover. Who comes during this time? Apollyon the Destroyer! The Revelation of St. John the Divine 9 1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. 5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. 6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. 7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. 9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. 10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. 11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abad'don, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apol'ly-on. "Apollyon is the Greek word for destroyer. He is the opposite of the Saviour. Since natural locusts have no king (Proverbs 30:27), this king is a spiritual being. Many commentators have identified Abaddon as Satan himself, but it is more likely that the angel of the bottomless pit is one of the princes or powers under the devil (Ephesians 6:12; Colossians 2:15). The names, Abaddon and Apollyon, connect the angel of the bottomless pit with the “destroyer” of the Old Testament. At the time of the first Passover in Egypt, God promised those obedient Israelites who put the blood on their doors that He would “not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you” (Exodus 12:23)." The Greek name, meaning "Destroyer," given in Revelation 9:11 for "the angel of the bottomless pit" (in Hebrew called Abaddon), also identified as the king of the demonic "locusts" described in Revelation 9:3-10...In one manuscript, instead of Apollyon the text reads "Apollo," the Greek god of death and pestilence as well as of the sun, music, poetry, crops and herds, and medicine. [link to philologos.org] We see in Revelation 9 that it has the torment of a scorpion for 5 months. The sound of their wings was the sound of chariots of many horses running into battle. It had hair like that of a women, but also had sting in their tails like a scorpion. This reminds me of a symbolic metaphor description of what an aurora is that is caused by a solar flare (CME). :auroras: "If you happen to be reasonably close to one of the Earth’s magnetic poles, the next time there’s a particularly intense aurora, go outside. Get as far as you can from sources of noise – traffic, barking dogs, TVs – and listen. Listen carefully. If conditions are right, you may hear some unusual noises. Earwitnesses have said the sound is like radio static, a small animal rustling through dry grass and leaves, or the crinkling of a cellophane wrapper. Inuit folklore says it’s the sound of the spirits of the dead, either playing a game or trying to communicate with the living." "His Appointed Time "These are the appointed times of the LORD, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at the times appointed for them. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at twilight is the LORD's Passover." Leviticus 23:4,5 Moed is the Hebrew word for "appointed time." It is often translated as "festival," but the actually meaning is "appointment." Passover and The Feast of Unleavened Bread are moedim, "appointed times." They are the LORD's appointed times for doing business with man. The idea of Passover as an "appointed time" is expressed by the words of Yeshua as he prepares to meet his own appointed time in Jerusalem. In Mathew 26:17,18, Yeshua calls Passover "my appointed time." In saying this, the Master has identified the appointed time of the Festival of Unleavened Bread as his appointed time." Here are all the references to "time appointed" in the Bible. [link to www.blueletterbible.org] The Second Book of Moses, Called Exodus 23 15 Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:) The Fourth Book of Moses, Called Numbers 9 The Observance of the Passover 1 And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Si'nai, in the first month of the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying, 2 Let the children of Israel also keep the passover at his appointed season. 3 In the fourteenth day of this month, at even, ye shall keep it in his appointed season: according to all the rites of it, and according to all the ceremonies thereof, shall ye keep it. The Book of Daniel 8 19 And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be. 20 The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Me'di-a and Persia. 21 And the rough goat is the king of Gre'cia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king. 22 Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power. 23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. 24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. The Book of Daniel 11 27 And both these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed. 28 Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; and he shall do exploits, and return to his own land. 29 ¶ At the time appointed he shall return, and come toward the south; but it shall not be as the former, or as the latter. 30 For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant. 31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. 32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. 33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days. 34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be helped with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries. 35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed. 36 ¶ And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. "The Passover Day is God's appointed time to celebrate his ongoing work of DELIVERANCE. As Moses delivered the children of Israel from Egyptian bondage, so also did Christ deliver humanity from the bondage of all sin and its associated physical and spiritual affects. Deliverance must be a continual work in the life of every believer:" [link to www.awarenessministry.org] The time appointed the end shall come. Here is more, how we can clearly see the Mount of Olives is connected with Passover and the end times. We see it in Luke 21 and Luke 22. It is all connected! The Gospel according to St. Luke 21 20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. 21 Then let them which are in Judea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. 22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. 23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. 24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. 25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. 29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; 30 when they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. 31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. 32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled. 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away; but my words shall not pass away. 34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. 37 And in the daytime he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives. 38 And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, for to hear him. The Gospel according to St. Luke 22 1 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the passover. 2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people. 3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscar'i-ot, being of the number of the twelve. Yet the original Passover story makes no mention whatsoever of a cup. In fact, the only biblical mention of a cup in connection with Passover is in the New Testament. When Jesus celebrated this feast with His disciples He raised a cup at least twice during the meal to make important statements about Himself (Luke 22:17,20). What is the significance of the cup Jesus uses during His Passover observance? Throughout the Hebrew Scriptures the cup is often used as a symbol of God's judgment. For example, the cup of fury, the cup of judgment, the cup of trembling and the cup of horror and desolation appear throughout the Old Testament. Yet we also find the Psalmist crying out, I will take up the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord" (Psalm 116:13). So the symbol of the cup carries with it pictures of both wrath and redemption, of judgment and blessing. None of these references mentions the Passover. Yet, the themes of judgment and salvation are woven together beautifully in the Passover story. God poured out His judgment on the Egyptians, but spared the Israelites who obeyed Him by placing the blood of a lamb on the doorposts of their homes. Each year Jewish families retell these events through the seder, the ceremonial meal that commemorates Passover. Yet, how the cup became a Passover symbol remains a mystery. We do know that by the time Jesus observed the Passover, drinking a cup during the meal was an official part of the observance. In fact, an ancient rabbinic source, the Mishnah, instructs those celebrating to drink from the cup four times during the Passover seder (Pesahim 10:1). That tradition remains to this day. Each time the cup is filled, it has a different name. Opinions vary as to what certain cups actually symbolize. Most agree that the first cup is the Kiddush, which means sanctification. With this cup, we begin the Passover seder. The second cup is called the cup of plagues. The third cup is referred to as either the cup of redemption or the cup of blessing. The fourth cup is often called hallel which means praise, though some traditions call it the cup of acceptance while still others use it as the cup of Elijah. The latter combine the second cup (plagues) with hallel—because we praise God for the plagues He used to bring us out of Egypt. Jesus declared that this new covenant would be poured from the cup of salvation in His blood. The cup of redemption stood for more than the Hebrews' escape from Egypt; it stood for the plan and purpose of God for all the ages. Judgment and salvation, wrath and redemption are brought together in the mystery of one cup, explained by the Messiah in that upper room. Jesus was not speaking of the cup in a purely symbolic manner. He was describing events that would soon occur in His own life." [link to jewsforjesus.org] "The second Passover cup is called Plagues. Another name for it is “the cup of wrath,” which finds its origin in Exodus 6:6-7. God is deeply moved by His people that are bound in Egypt, so God speaks to Moses and says, “I will rescue you from their oppression.” Elohim speaks fondly and lovingly about His servants as He speaks collectively for the nation of Israel. During the celebration of Passover with Jesus and the disciples, Exodus 12:12-13 makes mention of the curses of the second cup. “For that night, I will pass through the land of Egypt and kill all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both men and animals; and I will execute judgment against all the gods of Egypt; I am Adonai. The blood will serve you as a sign marking the houses where you are when I see the blood, I will pass over you when I strike the land of Egypt, the death blow will not strike you.” This cup reveals God’s direct involvement in delivering His people from Pharaoh. During the Passover, the cup of wrath (plagues) is not to be drunk at all, but rather the contents are poured onto the table while the ten plagues are recited during the Passover meal. Whenever you recite the ten plagues of Egypt, it helps you to remember how God protected His people. This was also evident when God instructed them to place the lamb’s blood on all three sides of the doorpost. Exodus 12:7, “They are to take some of the blood and smear it on the two sides and top of the door-frame at the entrance of the house.” The blood protected and saved God’s people from the wrath of the death angel, which was to kill all firstborn of every humankind and animal." [link to prophecyandendtimes.blogspot.com] "The Cup—The Sacrifice of Messiah So if the afikomen is the bread of the L-rd's Supper, what is the connection between Passover and the Communion Cup? During the Seder, the eating of the afikomen is followed by the drinking of the third cup of wine. It is traditionally called the Cup of Redemption. But in a broader sense, this was the cup, which Yeshua took and declared to represent the blood which he was about to shed, a sacrificial act that would allow our sins to be "passed over" in the Day of Judgment. According to Matt. 26:27-28, "And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you; for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins." Cups are often symbolic of judgment in Scripture. The prophets spoke of them frequently in that sense (Isa. 51:17; Jer. 49:12; Hab. 2:16) as did John in the book of Revelation (Rev. 14:10). And on the eve of his crucifixion, Yeshua referred to his imminent death as a cup (Matt. 26:39)." [link to www.remnant.net] And where do we see this Cup of Wrath? When Mystery Babylon is destroyed in Revelation 17! The Revelation of St. John the Divine 17 The Judgment of the Great Harlot 1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters; 2 with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. 3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet-colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 and upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. 7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. 8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. 9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. 10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. 12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. 14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. 15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. 16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. 17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. 18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth. The Revelation of St. John the Divine 18 The Fall of Babylon 1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. 4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. 6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled, fill to her double. 7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. 8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. 9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, 10 standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. 17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, 18 and cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! 19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. 20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. 21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. We see the cup here too below: ![]() The Revelation of St. John the Divine 14 The Song of the 144,000 1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him a hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. 2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: 3 and they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. 4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God. The Messages of the Three Angels 6 ¶ And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7 saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. 8 ¶ And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. 9 ¶ And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation;and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 and the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. The Revelation of St. John the Divine 16 14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. 15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. 16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armaged'don. 17 ¶ And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. 18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. 19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. I think it is quite clear now when Mystery Babylon will be destroyed. And it will be on a future Passover when the "Cup of Wrath" is drunk. | Revelator Stargate (OP) User ID: 1507989 04/15/2012 02:54 PM ![]() Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have described before that after the 42 months or 1260 days, the Mark of the Beast (666) happens on Passover. I have also shown that 666 is related to the Sun. And Sun worshipping was the greatest abomination towards God. ![]() ![]() Here is more related to the Mark of the Beast and the Seal of God, the ying yang, that occurs on Passover. "The Mark of the Beast and the Mark of G-d The mark of the beast and the mark of YHVH. We all want to make sure we avoid the first and have the second. But what are they? What are the signs that one is a child of YHVH or a child of haSatan? We are all familiar with the fact that the ‘Mark of the Beast’ will be on the right hand or on the forehead (Rev 13:16) and that all who receive the mark are condemned (14:9, 10). YHVH also has marks or signs for His people that are affixed either literally or figuratively upon the hand or the head. The commandments of Torah are a sign on the hand and head, and this commandment is literally fulfilled with T’ffilin (phylacteries). Therefore you shall lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. (Deut 11:18, also 6:8,9) Festivals, like the Passover, are also signs placed on the hand and head. And it [Passover] shall be for a sign unto you upon your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes.... (Ex. 13:9, 16) Shabbat is a sign sign of the whole covenant and those who treat it as holy show that they are in a covenant relationship with YHVH. It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days YHVH made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed (Ex 31:17) In these passages we see that Torah(My Words) is a sign upon the head and hands of the people of YHVH and that when the people of YHVH celebrate the Passover (and the other Sabbaths), they figuratively have the sign of YHVH on their heads and hands. These marks are so important because they are continual reminders of who we are in YHVH. When the Sabbath is celebrated, we remember the creation and the redemption of YHVH. When we look at T’effilin or Tzitzit, we are reminded of the covenant and the people we are part of. Everything that YHVH commanded us to do in Torah has the purpose of reminding us of his work and sanctifying every aspect of out lives. People who joyfully perfom the mitzvot (commandments) of the signs show whose they are, the sealed ones of YHVH. Now let’s return to Revelation. Rev 9:4 refers to "..those men which have not the seal of YHVH on their foreheads...". This points us to Rev. 7 where the 144,000 are sealed with "the seal of the living G-d". In Rev. 14:1 we read that these 144,000 have "His [the Lamb's] Father's name written on their foreheads." T’fellin have traditionally contained the Torah passages Ex 13:6, Dt 6:4-9, 11-18 and 13-23, which contain the name YHVH and are a literal fulfillment of this passage. Several times, the sealed ones are described as those who keep the commandments of YHVH (Torah) and the Testimony of the Messiah (Yahushua) (Rev 12:17, 14:12, 22:14) They are also described as "being firstfruits unto YHVH and to the Lamb" (Rev. 14:4) (in Hebrew "firstfruits" and "firstborn" are the same word, and thus point us to Israel as the remnant people of YHVH). Remember that Passover is to be a sign upon one’s hand and forehead and that at Passover the blood of the Lamb redeems the firstborn and protects them from the plague of the firstborn, which is exactly the purpose of the seal in Rev 9, to protect the people of YHVH from the Destroyer. The seal of the YHVH in Revelation is clearly connected to the mitzvot of Passover (and the other Sabbaths), the t'fillin (and the mezuzah) because the sealed ones are those who keep the commandments of YHVH which are contained in the Torah and include the signs. In Revelation this is contrasted with the "mark of the Beast" (Rev. 13:16-17; 14:9, 11; 20:4). A parallel passage is found in Ezekiel 9. Here YHVH sends an angelic being to "...set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that are done in the midst thereof." The ones that receive this distinctive mark are those who are weeping for the sins committed by the people of Israel. As such, they are righteous men and women who fear G-d and understand the serousness of sin. Then He sends six beings with slaughter weapons to kill all of those that lack this mark. After this in Chapter 10, The being which marked them goes before the throne of YHVH, takes fire and casts it down. This clearly parallels Rev. 7:1-8; 8:1-5. The question is: What are the "abominations" that the marked/sealed ones of Yechezk'el (Ezek.) 9 are mourning about? The answer is found in the previous chapter. Throughout Yechezk'el (Ezek.) chapter eight we are told of various "abominations." The first of these involves an "image of jealousy" (8:5-6) Scholars generally identify this as the idol of Astarte (both Halley's and Unger's Bible Handbooks make this identification). Astarte is also known as Ishtar and Easter. The next "abomination" involves men worshiping in the dark (8:7-12). The next involved a woman "weeping for Tammuz" (8:13-14). Finally we are shown men facing the east and worshiping the Sun, their backs to the temple. (8:15-17)." [link to brigperegrine.tripod.com] The Book of the Prophet Ezekiel 8 The Prophet's Vision of the Abominations in Jerusalem 3 He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. 14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD's house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. 15 Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these. 16 And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. 17 Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose. 18 Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them. I have also specifically shown there are exactly 1260 days from Shemini Atzeret 2011 (Oct. 21st, 2011) to Passover 2015 (April 3rd, 2015). This can't be done for other years I have calculated. I have also shown through research the mark of the beast/mark of God happen on Passover. The research and the time codes back each other up. Even the total solar eclipse and blood red moon happening on major Jewish feast days in 2015 is very significant. This will not happen like this again for another 60 or so years past 2015. Everything points to 2015! Now it is time to detail when the great tribulation begins. It begins during the Second Passover. This will be when the time of wrath occurs. Iyar 14 (Second Month, Fourteenth Day, the same day as Noah entered the Ark from the flood. You can see below that Noah entered the Ark on Iyar 14, and on Iyar 17, the flood gates were opened up. The First Book of Moses, Called Genesis 7 The Flood 1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation. 2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. 3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth. 4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. 5 And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him. 6 And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth. 7 And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood. 8 Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creepeth upon the earth, 9 there went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah. 10 And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth. 11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. 2 Pet. 3.6 12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. Hyperlink to 2 Pet 3.6 from above reference. So on the same day Noah entered the Ark on Iyar 14, and the flood gates were opened up on Iyar 17, so shall it be during the time of the Day of the Lord coming as a thief in the night. And I have explained before that the thief in the night comes during midnight on Passover, the Passover angel. The Second Epistle General of Peter 3 The Promise of the Lord's Coming 1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: 2 that ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: 3 knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. 5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Gen. 1.6-8 6 whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: Gen. 7.11 7 but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? We can see above that the earth isn't destroyed by flood but by fire this time around. And how is it destroyed by fire? Well by the Sun! You can see below that the 2nd Passover is tied in with wrath, and desolation. The Second Book of the Chronicles 30 The Celebration of the Passover 1 And Hezeki'ah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to E'phra-im and Manas'seh, that they should come to the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, to keep the passover unto the LORD God of Israel. 2 For the king had taken counsel, and his princes, and all the congregation in Jerusalem, to keep the passover in the second month. 3 For they could not keep it at that time, because the priests had not sanctified themselves sufficiently, neither had the people gathered themselves together to Jerusalem. 4 And the thing pleased the king and all the congregation. 5 So they established a decree to make proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beer–sheba even to Dan, that they should come to keep the passover unto the LORD God of Israel at Jerusalem: for they had not done it of a long time in such sort as it was written. 6 So the posts went with the letters from the king and his princes throughout all Israel and Judah, and according to the commandment of the king, saying, Ye children of Israel, turn again unto the LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, and he will return to the remnant of you, that are escaped out of the hand of the kings of Assyria. 7 And be not ye like your fathers, and like your brethren, which trespassed against the LORD God of their fathers, who therefore gave them up to desolation, as ye see. 8 Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves unto the LORD, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever: and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you. 9 For if ye turn again unto the LORD, your brethren and your children shall find compassion before them that lead them captive, so that they shall come again into this land: for the LORD your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if ye return unto him. 10 ¶ So the posts passed from city to city, through the country of E'phra-im and Manas'seh, even unto Zeb'ulun: but they laughed them to scorn, and mocked them. 11 Nevertheless, divers of Asher and Manas'seh and of Zeb'ulun humbled themselves, and came to Jerusalem. 12 Also in Judah the hand of God was to give them one heart to do the commandment of the king and of the princes, by the word of the LORD. 13 ¶ And there assembled at Jerusalem much people to keep the feast of unleavened bread in the second month, a very great congregation. 14 And they arose and took away the altars that were in Jerusalem, and all the altars for incense took they away, and cast them into the brook Kidron. 15 Then they killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the second month: and the priests and the Levites were ashamed, and sanctified themselves, and brought in the burnt offerings into the house of the LORD. The Second Book of the Kings Commonly Called, The Fourth Book of the Kings 23 The Passover Kept 21 ¶ And the king commanded all the people, saying, Keep the passover unto the LORD your God, as it is written in the book of this covenant. 22 Surely there was not holden such a passover from the days of the judges that judged Israel, nor in all the days of the kings of Israel, nor of the kings of Judah; 23 but in the eighteenth year of king Josi'ah, wherein this passover was holden to the LORD in Jerusalem. 24 ¶ Moreover the workers with familiar spirits, and the wizards, and the images, and the idols, and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, did Josi'ah put away, that he might perform the words of the law, which were written in the book that Hilki'ah the priest found in the house of the LORD. 25 And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to the LORD with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there any like him. 26 ¶ Notwithstanding, the LORD turned not from the fierceness of his great wrath, wherewith his anger was kindled against Judah, because of all the provocations that Manas'seh had provoked him withal. 27 And the LORD said, I will remove Judah also out of my sight, as I have removed Israel, and will cast off this city Jerusalem which I have chosen, and the house of which I said, My name shall be there. Feast of Unleavened Bread This is all tied into the abomination of desolation which I have shown on another post, it occurs on Passover! The Third Book of Moses, Called Leviticus 26 The Blessings of Obedience 1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God. 2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD. 3 ¶ If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; 4 then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. 5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. 26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied. 27 ¶ And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; 28 then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. 29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. 30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you. 31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savor of your sweet odors. 32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it. 33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. 34 ¶ Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. 35 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it. | Revelator Stargate (OP) User ID: 1507989 04/28/2012 10:57 PM ![]() Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Chapter 42: The Time of Jacob's Trouble (Beginning of the Great Tribulation on Passover) There is something I realized and noticed. Something huge! When the Great Tribulation begins, it is known as the "time of Jacob's trouble". With my calculations, I put the start of the Great Tribulation happening on the 2nd Passover due to the half hour of silence (30 days) and the 30 days between the 1260 days to the 1290 days. So I did some investigating on what this meant, the "time of Jacob's trouble". "The Time of Jacob's trouble" was when he had to wrestle the angel on a particular night until dawn. I thought to myself, when does the angel come usually? It is on the Passover night. So I then thought to myself, that was it, when Jacob was wrestling the angel, the time of his trouble? It was the night of Passover!!! ![]() I then did some more research related to this: "The world is drawing closer and closer to an affixed point in human history that shall catapult the whole world into the epic drama of the Great tribulation. That epic era is depicted in the life and times of the Old Testament patriarch Jacob. Jeremiah 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, (Tribulation era-Day of the Lord) so that none is like it: it is even the time of “Jacob's Trouble”; but he (Israel) shall be saved out of it. The story in Genesis 32, in which Jacob wrestled with the angel of the Lord, is a prophecy of the final conflict, called “The day of the Lord.” As the father of the Twelve Tribes, he is central to the development of many Bible themes. The very course of his life foreshadows the future of his people, even to the coming dark night of the “Great Tribulation”. There are amazing similarities between his persona and the inner nature of national Israel. In and of themselves, the names of Jacob and Israel, literally define the people called by God to secure the land grant promised to his grandfather, Abraham. Genesis 32:22-28 And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. “And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. “And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. “And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. “And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. The Future Time of Jacob's Trouble The “Day of the Lord” commences with a period of time known as the Great Tribulation. Jesus, Himself, used this term in Matthew 24:21: “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” This great prophecy is a direct answer to the disciples' questions about when He would come as Messiah to rule Israel. He tells them that there would be world wars, famines, pestilences, “sorrows,” and afflictions. He also tells them that they would be, “… hated of all nations for my name's sake” (Matthew 24:9). Jesus spent a great deal of time making it clear to his disciples that although the promised Kingdom would one day be secured, it would not be without great deal of effort and suffering on Israel's part. He even calls this long period, “the beginning of sorrows,” where the word “sorrows” is translated from the Greek word for “birth pangs.” And Israel's rebirth, and its pain prior to birth is a major Bible theme. As was the case with Jacob, the pains will wrack the body, soul and spirit of Israel The Old Testament is filled with prophecies to this effect. A good example is to be found in Isaiah 17, where the Old Testament prophet delivers the famous narrative concerning the Burden of Damascus prophecy. In this prophecy, the world's oldest continuously-inhabited city is said to be flattened, and erased from existence. This calamity happens in the contextual setting of the “Day of the Lord,” the ancient term for Israel's Time of Trouble, or Jacob's Trouble. It is the time of the great harvest, when the Lord comes forth to judge all the nations. And we are today at the very doorstep of that climactic episode. The current age will end in a massive overturning of powers, accompanied by massive and tremendous geophysical and meteorological catastrophes unmatched in the history of the world. But in the end, Israel will emerge triumphant, as first witnessed in the episode of Jacob's dark night of trouble. Jeremiah 30:3-7 For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. “And these are the words that the LORD spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah. For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. In this scripture passage, we are reminded of Jacob's long dark night of struggle, when he wept, pleaded and fervently prayed through the night, all the while being embroiled in a physical contest with the angel of the Lord." [link to focusonjerusalem.com] And the I saw something. Have a look at this (the link below!) [link to www.chabad.org] The day of Nissan 15 (1st day of Passover). It says it right there in the link, "Jacob Wrestles with Esau's Angel" Precisely what I thought! ![]() It will not be the 1st Passover that the Great Tribulation begins, but the 2nd Passover that it begins due to the particular time code I have deciphered.
