A long long time ago a bible teacher pointed out to me that the tribulation was shortened for the elects sake. He then pointed to Noah, the 5 months of the locusts, and the message to the church which says "know ye will have tribulation one hour". I got the feeling he was saying that the time it takes the events in prophecy to be fulfilled would be condensed to one 5 months, 10 days, or 1 hour.

This is what I kept seeing in the scripture as you presented them. A shortened and very intense tribulation period. Apparently on Passover. Am I going in the right direction?
