So see...a leap year starting on a Sunday in the Gregorian calendar is significant for many reasons BUT...its the fact that the Iranian leap year starts in early march of our calendar that makes me think this is significant. There is about 20 days apart...March 20th is the Gregorian day that the Iranian calendar starts over and enters into 1391...a leap year for the Iranian calendar
