I have an observation and some questions.

When Jesus came 2000 years ago he did not wear a two piece suit..He did not travel by automobile...He did not speak to auditoriums full of people and have programs on television stations...he did not! WHY? Because it was not the mode of operation, travel or dress of the day. He came in the same manner that people lived at the time and without fanfare. Even though they were expecting him to present himself as a conquering king when he did appear, when he did not, he was rejected by the majority.

WHY would we expect him to come second time around in a middle east robe, barefoot or with sandals. WHY could he not come in a space craft, wearing a commander's suit, and still be God's son? WHAT part of that scenario discredit his son ship. I am a daughter of God, Jesus is my older brother, and I have no problem with him arriving and dressing any way he sees fit. WHY couldn't what we call heaven be another planet....he said he was going to prepare a place for us....WHY COULDN'T IT BE ANOTHER PLANET?

WHAT IF what we're arguing here is our own preconceived ideas because we don't understand properly?

Because Jesus is a spiritual being, He does not need a physical car or aircraft to move. He is not limited, He is not flesh and blood. The Bible tells us how we will see Him return, and it's not in a spaceship.

They CAN and DO influence the physical world and try to manipulate free will. They move the physical whenever they can and alter things. Just as they will control these spaceships, which are physical. Just recognize it as demonic attacks and beware of curses from satanic witches. May the blood of Christ protect you and yours in Jesus name.

i apologize. i missed your point i think. let me clarify my point. i dont side with religion. i side with the message of Christ. i truly believe most churches have missed the mark by miles. religion is just that. it is a man made system of doctrines and rules. i dont buy into that for one second. i agree with you 100% that the modern church has given the message of Christ a horrible rep.

please do me a favor though. try to check out the gospels from an unbiased point of view. i know it is hard after you have been jaded by religion. but take a look at His message and you will see for yourself where the church has become a stumbling block. a lot of churches, not all churches. a life with Jesus is between you and Him. not 4 walls of a building. not you and Him and anyone else. it is intimate between you and the Lord.

once you can see the difference you can actually enjoy a church. it does have a purpose. even if it is for fellowship or worship. it is still the bride of Christ. but you will also be able to have mercy on the humans that run the church and do it imperfectly. that was the extreme for me haha.
