How do we know that Obama isn't the BEST president and he saved the nation from total doom?

If we had continued on with Bush policies under McCain we would probably have seen

1) World War III going on with war in Iraq as a part of it
2) Continued financial drop and meltdown not just holding steady
3) Massive destruction of the natural land of the US so as to depopulate the land

While we might not have improved much, how do you know if Obama hasn't worked to stop the "destroy America Agenda" of the elites? Hmm?
