Could be a number of things...but I know one thing that will help you detox (if that's the problem) or help with immune system (if it's low)...or help with metabolism (if it's out of whack) or help with pretty much any other problem you've got.
Lugol's Iodine Solution
6 drops in water three times a day.
That is all.
After just a week you will be amazed.

Of the 5% I take 4 drops 3 times a day...the 2% I take 6 drops 3 times a day. At one time I was up to 8 drops 3 times a day of the 5% solution, but that's only for loading your thyroid and then you need to back off and just do a maintenance dose. It's made a DRAMATIC difference in my health and stamina....and the detox is intense. It kicks all the bromine out of your system and bromine detox is yucky....but necessary for true health. It's such a bummer that bromine is in so many things. The Lugol's %5 can be expensive if you buy it in the little bottles. I buy it at CVS Pharmacy in pint bottles. It's called "Humco Strong Iodine Solution" and is about $30. A real bargain considering the small 1 OZ bottles go for $12 to $15. YOu have to order it.
