I've felt for a long time something was gonna happen...
...and it has yet to do so.

The more you read shit, the more you subconsciously convince yourself doom is imminent...whether it be due to paranoia, or your desire for something big to occur. Mine, is the latter. I want something big to happen, and really wake people up to shit going on around them. Break the trance so to speak. It's going to take some huge disaster for people to stop worrying about little petty bullshit, and things in this world that just don't matter...and to start worrying about and valuing human life in general.

I'm scared shitless of what the outcome of a huge Earthquake might be, because I'm in Indiana...and that's close enough for me to know a big one would fuck some shit up mighty bad. Luckily I have a place to go outside, in the wide open away from objects that could fall on me...so unless the ground opens up and swallows me...I might be alright. Maybe not. It's a risk I'd be willing to take, if it meant that maybe the petty bickering and nonsensical fighting could end...


...but it won't. Pipe Dreams at best...
