It's in honor of Heinrich Rudolf Hertz's Birthday. He was the 1st to prove the existence of electromagnetic waves..
...Not every "Sine" wave is related to HAARP???

Happy Birthday Mr. Hertz:)

I noticed that too. I remember seeing some threads on here about wave forms. I wonder if anyone and translate that wave form. This is way to fishy for something not to be up.

I highly doubt it has nothing to do with HAARP. My bet is it has something to do with the sun, and how the sun puts off waves like that.

Anyone know anything about what waves the sun is putting off right now?

Good info here. Thread: GIANT SINE WAVE: Imagine a sine wave 400,000 km long. Today, NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory is monitoring just such a structure.

If you look you can see similarities between google's wave and the suns wave during a eruption.
