I agree with this. Most of the workdays I'm sleep-deprived to a higher or a lesser degree, so I doze off easily and quickly, but during vacations or long idle periods, when I sleep enough, I start to notice these four-hour blocks of sleep, waking up and feeling like getting up, and then wanting to sleep again.

It's tragic how this modern schedule patterns seem to be designed to fuck us up...
