Being able to create "weapons grade material" is a far cry from "getting a nuke."

Once you have the material, the next step is to actually make a nuclear bomb. Then you need to test said bomb and refine its design for optimal yield. Then comes the real hard part: making a nuclear warhead that can fit into a missile and survive the forces involved in firing said missile.
