I had a dream where the vaccines contained nanoparticles these remain dormant from childhood however later in life if the person becomes a non-compliant or recalcitrant the nanoparticles are activated and head to the heart to form a clot and heart attack or head for a stroke then dissassemble so the autopsy reveals 'natural causes' sorry Mr Gates my kids will have to develop natural immunities.
