I feel very energized today, compared to yesterday...and my headache went away late last night, thanks for a glass or two of wine to help ease the pain :)

Yesterday, afternoon till evening the middle of my brain felt like a jackhammer was being taken to it...not like a normal pressure headache around the sinus's forehead, but an innerbrain pressure/pain. NOTHING I did helped, and like I mentioned earlier I work at a holistic energy medicine place so I can usually fix something like this really quickly...so I knew something had to be up, so I posted about it :)
