Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11372467 Even better..they may have a clue..but we wont know it :) Yes..boys and girls..exciting times in the mix. |

I had never seen a shooting star in my life, I saw 2 in the past 3 months. Quoting: Lissie I hope you wished upon them ;) Did not have time. The first time I was driving and saw it out of the corner of my eye. I was like, did I just see what I think I saw? The second time I was standing on my porch around midnight when I saw it. I got freaked out and ran in to tell my husband. No offense, but you should stay up on a star bright night watching the sky, counting, you will get over 5-10 easily, just keep watching, let your sight fade along the sky, that way you can see more, sometimes you see one in the corner of your eye and you just can´t turn your head fast enough, some last longer, some are just that quick in a blink of an eye, but it´s always a beautiful sight, Summer is my favorite time for watching, because you can just chill, laying in a flat garden chair and enjoy the free show. Have to agree. Any night I go out, provided it is cloudless, I count at least 7-10 shooting stars and usually 3-5 satellites. Living in a city will make those much more difficult to see, but you can still see a few if you look for awhile. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 7648822 United States 08/02/2012 01:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Fireballs aay? Yeah, they're intelligent fireballs that have the ability to stop and hover as well as haul ass when Military show up. And the next day chinooks and blackbirds are searching all over for them. Still.... searching for something they say passed through the atmosphere and back into space. Hmm... Good one NASA. |
