Perelman may have a point .the universe is mostly empty spacr energy and matter every if you discover a equation if the universe you can build a machine that can possible connect every locale " in the observable universe no mater how distant in time or space . Since space time matter and energy would have become one entity.Even if this machine" is a digital computer or aa verbalize pharse spoken word no distinction here
