I'm not a major drinker, but when I do drink beer I like it dark or amber. Here where I'm at in Texas we have two dark beers made right here in the state - Zeigenbock and Shinerbock. Locally made, locally sold, and locally bought and not too shabby for a small brewery beer.

It was meant sort of tongue in cheek, as your mass produced brew is piss water. lol

But i do know you have some great micro breweries doing it the 'right way'
