Spirituality and sexuality are not correlated. The fact that you worry so terribly is going to keep you in a negative and fearful mindset.

You should try self-hypnosis and meditation...which could be considered one in the same because the brainwaves wind up being the same either way.

Honestly, you have been brainwashed and need to really get out of that state of being. This perpetual thinking about this stuff isn't healthy for your body, nor your spirit and mind.

Doctors can't really help with this...especially if some part of you enjoys feeling like this.
