Do you believe a so-called Big-Bang started the Universe?
I don't! It seems humans who see themselves having a beginning and an end, project this thinking to the universe. In fact there is not the slightest bit of evidence that the whole universe {not part but whole universe} ever began or that it will ever end. Existence can not come from nothingness nor
can it ever be destroyed. The Universe always was and always will be; Understand this and understand the immortal nature of existence and its implication of Infinity!

I would say its happened many times before. The universe is in a constant state of expansion then contraction. Later rinse repeat.

Now, add this to the knowledge you have, the big bang did happen, and it does happen. It's happening right now. Past, present, and future all exist as one in the infinite. Everything is expanding and contracting simultaneously at all times, forever and ever. It can be expressed in the infinitely small, to the infinitely large. Look at the atom and you'll see how this is true and operates. Keep moving forward, you're on the right track, but are limiting yourself.

the big bang theory is a joke.

fails on two counts:

-makes no predictions
-violates the known laws of physics (matter cannot be created or destroyed)
I don't believe fate befalls us however we act, only unless we act.

A big bang if humans were to see it. An influx of matter through a pinhole to a higher realm .

Are you not yourself a level of the creation? There are an infinite number of levels above and below. The ego is built to retain the consciousness in this moment. Without it, you would simply ride the constant wave and would have no focus. However, because of this, the idea of 'you' is highly distorted, and you see yourself as a separation. See past this ego block, and you see that its not you who perceive the universe, but the universe perceiving you.

alien7 We respectfully disagree. The word universe is
a construct of human language and has no meaning without a being defining it and giving it meaning. How can you take
a symbolic human construction such as 'universe' and give it
existence without a being defining it and giving it meaning?
Or like the old human question: 'If a tree falls in the woods and there is no one there to hear it, is there a sound?' The answer is no. Sound must be defined, heard or recorded by a sentient being and if no sentient being hears
and defines the existence of this sound it is non-
existent; The universe you talk of has no real meaning without some being somewhere defining it - it can not define
you or itself as it has no existence without a 'mind' defining
it.

Universe was a poor choice in words, however, I must not go around flaunting levels of understanding people can not grasp. I see from how this conversation is going that we can step it up a couple of levels. You are correct, universe is not all, as there is the multiverse, and levels past that ad infinitum. With the saving of the tree, who governs and dictates whether a sentient mind heard the tree fall or not? The answer IS mind. All of creation exist in mind, for without it nothing is possible. Just as you are building your reality around you, something has to be building you. And then something building that. Levels encapsulating levels.

We can accept that. In the realm of possibilities your view is
possible. We still have a problem though with the word 'mind'.
Does mind exist before a being defines it? Or is mind first?
Or is all of existence, as some oriental philosophies would indicate part of one mind and all of existence reflections of a universal mind?

spock -In a Quantum universe all 'logical' possibilities must be considered.

Alien Commander. I thought you channelled Aliens and seemed to post alot about the Galactic Federation? Your postings suggested you thought you were apart of the federation so shouldn't you already know the answers? I believe in the Big Bang theory. It makes sense for how this Universe came to be but my brain can't fathom the power that created the big bang which many call the God source. It happened billions upon trillions of eons ago and universe is still expanding. Can't hubble see the beginnings of the universe? How can you have universe with no beginning and no end. How can it suddenly just be there in existance? I ask myself that same question about the God source but feel that God is something that we really cannot comprehend. It is too much for our brains to hold. There are lots of other universes being discovered. It is all too big for the human mind to muster I feel.

alien03 -Correct. In our years of observation we are still amazed at the way many humans will construct conceptual ideas to avoid obvious truths. The obsession with the human mind in creating a theory for a beginning is one example. To begin and end is human, time, however, is forever.

spock -A logical conclusion.

The universe is still in a "sort of" Big Bang if u ask me...

It's a concatenation of little (read: LITTLE in universal scale, BIG in 'our' scale) big bangs if u ask me... and still in progress...

It's to illogical for me , the speed of light is the fastest thing around at 186 thousand miles per second . It takes Billion years , traveling at the Speed of Light to get anywhere in the universe , so how is it that an explosion can travel that same distance in seconds ? Is an explosion front faster than the Speed of Light , NOPE ?
