I had a Jewish roommate in college for a week and he was at least as white as I am. jewish people live across the road from me and are also white. I know about mid-eastern races and most of them have color from the sun, put them in a shade for a bit and they'll whiten up. Blacks, on the other hand, can't turn white until they're burnt or scalded.
