To me , the cloud means confusion after which 2 suns appear, or 2 popes. So there very well could be 2 popes one real and the other anti pope, who will fulfill the false prophet prophecy.
The great pontiff will change country shows that the real one is forced out for some reason leaving a vacany in the vatican which the anti christ exploits.
