"To date, Lexington, Louisville, Morehead, Georgetown, Frankfort, Daviess County, Letcher County and Kentucky state government have adopted policies that prohibit smoking inside buildings, public facilities and, in some instances, on the outside campuses of facilities and public sidewalks." I think the "public sidewalk" is where you get the $50 ticket from, although I'm unsure. [ link to migration.kentucky.gov] Sounds great! Spent most of my childhood sick from cigarette smoke, wish I never had to smell it again! Smoke all you want, but in YOUR HOUSE AND YOUR CAR. It smells like SHIT. I don't fart on YOU, don't smoke on ME! This is more about the gov overstepping their bounds. But I find it weird that you spent your childhood sick from it and then tell smokers to only smoke in their house and cars which effects any children in the house.
