Banker’s Insulting Waitress Tip Incites Class Warfare Between the 1% and the 99% | |

SaveUSa User ID: 671825 United States 02/28/2012 12:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My response to this before I knew it was fake.... Hope you guys understand that you're falling right into the "class warfare" mindset this supposed "reporter" wants you to. In fact, today, I'd bet she probably actually believes the crap she is spewing - in fact, we've all become so brainwashed, most seem to accept anything the MSM feeds us without question, it's almost funny (almost). Granted, the "banker" may well have been as absolute #$%$ that needs to find God, but this is a personal personality flaw, and not indicative of the "1%" or even "Bankers" in general. Most people simply aren't this idiotic without reason.... In fact, it might even be possible that the "waitress" was an absolutle sloth with no people skills....In fact, she might have been watching something similar to the crap above (Yahoo's "report"), and approached the customer with such a chip on her shoulder, she may have been lucky she ever received a tip at all. Did you ever think this might be a possiblilty - or that maybe that this story is simply make-believe designed to rev you up to think ALL bankers are lowdown criminals with no thought of anyone but themselves? If so, I can confidently state that you're an extremely misguided soul that needs to pull your head out of the TV/Media mindtrap (and your #$%$), and think really hard before passing judgement. Most of the folks I know in this category (the 1%, of which i am not), are the most genuine, caring people I know. Many of them came from NOTHING (or something close to it), care more about others in need than themselves, and would do just about anything for someone truly in need of it - and I fully intend to join them in time, God willing. In other words, the "1%" or the "rich" that our divisive media now wants you to hate is precisely what made this country what it is - they are the American dream, the very reason you have a job, and the very reason this country became the POWER it was until this libitard insanity took over. These leftist folks are only following a controlled agenda in an attempt to further brainwash you into thinking it's "cool" to be poor and dependent on the Government - so you must despise those that have broken the chains - and continue voting for them. The only reason for this is their handlers' desire to gain additional control over your lives, and until you realize this, they will continue to control more and more - and YOU will be frigging increasingly miserable until you begin to think for yourselves. In short, WAKE UP before we all become the 100% after the supposed "1%" leaves the country entirely, and you can no longer blame them for your ills, nor find a frigging job, feed your family, or even pursue the dream that gave THEM the financial ability to leave the damned country. Instead, when they're gone, you will endeavor to keep your mouths shut so you don't suddenly become "conspicuous," because there won't be anyone left to speak up for you....Won't that be fun! Within the surreal depths of "reality" lies the truth. |

Fuck it just pull your pants down and bend over backwards because your getting it from the rear by the 1% and your getting it in the mouth by the others who believe the movement is a sham. So better your chances of getting truly fucked and just take it from the rear.. while keeping your mouth closed so the finger pointers don't screw you any further. |

For the most part, it's usually between 25-30%. Quoting: in5d If you tip 15% for BAD service, you should have the remaining 2% of your brain surgically removed since obviously 98% of it is gone, so you can just sit in a corner, and start to get moldy. NO ONE ought to give a good tip for BAD service. I have given 0% to 50 % depending on the quality and attentiveness of the service. You probably get your car repaired, and then ASK them to PLEASE double the bill. |

A friend in Australia makes $20 per hour working as a waitress. The same is true for most of Western Europe Even if this story is a hoax and is fake, it points out the disparity in the food service industry around the world, and opens a good argument for flat tax in the United States. On a Separate note: When I was at University, I used to go out to eat with a friend who lived down the hall. He would sit down and place 10 singles on the table in plain sight. If his drink ran out, he slurp the empty glass with his straw, and then pick up a single. It usually only took two times before service became impeccable. Sure the waitress got a huge tip sometimes, but the service was great. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 11299341 United States 02/28/2012 01:12 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Bloomberg just put out an article that explains that the wealthy are more likely to be dicks. Quoting: TheBiss [link to www.bloomberg.com] The “upper class,” as defined by the study, were more likely to break the law while driving, take candy from children, lie in negotiation, cheat to increase their odds of winning a prize and endorse unethical behavior at work, researchers reported today in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Taken together, the experiments suggest at least some wealthier people “perceive greed as positive and beneficial,” probably as a result of education, personal independence and the resources they have to deal with potentially negative consequences, the authors wrote. I've been meaning to look up the transcript of the Charlie Rose show where Kissinger was on not too long ago. He was talking about how to forment revolution, and he said the main ingredient is envy, that you must stir up the people with envy, make them feel lots of anger, then you move in for the kill. This happened right before the French Revolution and the Russian Revolution, and after it all went down, many were dead, money was looted (not by the poor mobs but by the instigators), and Christianity outlawed. They want it to happen here so they can get every last bit of money/gold while they still can. |
