Absolute BS Crap Reasonable Nice Amazing
 

Woke up bit couldnt move? Anyone else have any info on this be it historical/mythological/biblical. No medical bullshit reason.

Well that is really the only term for it...sleep paralysis. It is when your mind is awake but your body is still sleep. In actuality your eye never actually opened. If you want me to get real weird with it ...you were basically seeing in another way...something like from your astral body. You can induce it with practice and have an astral projection experience. With enough practice you would be able to get up and look at your body still laying there sleep. I have done it plenty of times. I smoke weed though so it is harder for me to make it happen. When I stop smoking for a while it gets easy again.

Try over sleeping a whole lot one morning and then get up, eat, and then go lay back down with your eyes closed. It takes concentration not to fall completely asleep again...that is why it is good to really over sleep as much as you can. I am talking about if you wake up at 8 ..lay there and go back to sleep. Wake up again at 10..lay there and go back to sleep. By the time you do that enough you will wake up feeling groggy as hell. Then you can go grab a bite and hit the bed again. With practice you will be able to bring on sleep paralysis yourself. When it happens focus on floating...not moving so much. Just try to use your imagination and imagine your legs floating up and eventually they will. It gets harder to get your head up but I have been using the roll out technique because it just works better for me. I just roll out onto the floor. It is freaky as hell at first but when you stand up I bet you see yourself still laying in bed. Then try to take a stroll around your crib. Sometimes your body has a pull effect and it makes it easier the further you get away from it so dont stick around your room.

Some people are able to will themselves into different areas but I can't yet. Whenever I try I just snap back to my body and wake up...so I just walk around. Everything looks like extra vivid and cool lol. My daughter actually seen me once when she was one. I went into her room and she was reaching for me. When I woke up I called to her asking if she wanted me to come in and get her..and she was like "you were here already"...it was pretty neat. To practice I had my girlfriend write me a note and put it under the changing table mattress and every time I got a chance...during astral projection I would try to go read the note and tell her what it said. It took like 4 months but one day I finally read it. Just a little exercise to confirm that it is real. Of course people say it is your imagination or whatever but when you do it yourself you realize how real it really is. It will really change the way you look at everything.

Just remember that you can scare the hell out of yourself if you go in scared. The more you think of scary stuff, the more you will make it happen. Just try to keep yourself in check and know nothing can hurt you. Remember that, it is very important to keep that in your head so you can get passed any scary moments. Even if you feel something is there with you keep yourself calm and remember nothing can hurt you. Because nothing really can hurt you. But if you are scared you will just mess up your progress before you get anywhere. Once you get going, you won't even think about being scared or anything scary anymore.
