*** If anyone has had any dreams like this recently or you have any comments or insight, PLEASE POST!!***

I was up all night working last night. Went to bed around 9:30am (Sydney time zone) and had to be up by noon to get ready to do an internet radio show I do for my job.

Got done with the show and post show chat around 4pm. Went to bed at 4:30pm hoping to sleep til around 8pm.

Anyway, I had to get up early as I had this super lucid crazy recurring dream and it scared me so bad that I just had to get up. It happened every time I closed my eyes and I just did NOT want to go back to sleep and have it again.

You know how dreams go, very weird and hard to explain to others at times.

First dream:

I was dreaming that I was in my bed sleeping and I started to hear this rumbling, shaking sound. I was trying to wake up to see if it was a terrible storm or something because the whole house was shaking and the windows were reverberating and shaking so bad that it seemed like this was all I could hear.

All of the sudden the house started collapsing on the west side. That's when I woke up or at least thought I did. I couldn't tell really. I was so tired.

Second dream:

I must have fallen back to sleep because it kept happening. I kept hearing the windows banging and this super loud rumbling sound. It was totally un-nerving! I kept trying to wake up because I couldn't tell if it was really happening or if I was dreaming it. It was sort of sleep paralysis, but I think it's because I was so tired I just couldn't wake up fully.

This happened off and on several times that I can remember. I would hear the noise and shaking and then I would wake up somewhat, look at the window and the sound would seem to go away. A couple of times that I semi-woke up I swear I could feel the bed shaking still.

Third dream:

I'm in a different house. It's in the middle of a field at the top of a hill that slopes down all around it. Not a big one but looking out the door it seemed like rolling hills.

I'm trying to find my wife and she's inside with all these strange people that are over. I remember the earthquakes in my dream and I'm trying to find her to tell her about them and that we need to go to the basement or something.

I finally find her near the front door and we both see some lights streak across the night sky followed by some RAF jets flying really low with their afterburners on.

There were so many of them! It was truly frightening and my wife and I just KNEW something was seriously wrong!

We tried to get down to the basement but the earth was shaking so bad and the house was shifting.

That's when I started to realize in my dream that I was dreaming and was still in my bed (or so I thought). I woke up and heard the windows and the rumbling again and got totally freaked out scared as I realized I wasn't dreaming (but I really still was). I got out of bed with the house shaking and opened one side of the double doors to our bedroom and my wife was stuck to the outside of the other door off the ground.

She looked at me in horror and grabbed my hand. We tried to move but gravity was affected somehow and we ended up getting shifted towards the small bathroom outside our bedroom. She had this weird-like heat signature coming off of her like when you see a hot road shimmering from the heat.

We were turning into spirits or something! Everything around us started to fade into a clear "air" and you couldn't see anything as things only had a shadow outline around it.

I was thinking... "This is the end of the world and we are disappearing... sort of like a rapture???".

I got so freaking scared that this finally woke me straight up in my bed!!

I got up to go downstairs and NO ONE WAS THERE!!! Now I'm freaked out!! I have 6 kids and it's a weeknight. No note or anything. Okay... now I'm getting a bit freaked.

I called my wife's mobile and my son answered but he kept calling my name and I would shout into the phone and he couldn't hear me. I was trying to keep calm but I was really starting to think something was really wrong. I knew I was awake this time.

Turns out that my wife's iPhone was plugged into the charger wire and he couldn't hear me.

Man, that was totally freaky though!!

Anyway, I'm still shaken up by this dream. I just don't get dreams like this. I don't. I'm not one to call for the fact that I've had a prophetic dream or anything, but this one was different than ANY dream I've ever had in my life. I don't think I would even KNOW when a dream was prophetic or not.

I kept hearing this verse in my head off and on when I was dreaming....

"Isa 2:19 Men will flee to caves in the rocks and to holes in the ground from dread of the LORD and the splendor of his majesty, when he rises to shake the earth."

As I was drifting off to sleep I was praying and asking the Lord why He was allowing all the blasphemy and God-hating to go on. I mean, there is some serious, serious blasphemy and downright holy perversion being put up on this website.

Sometimes it really distresses me. I was praying to God to make something happen to where people would KNOW it was Him and not some Illuminati-hatched plot with technology.

(I never ever would want God to bring a massive earthquake where people would die, just "something" you know??)

I was really pleading with the Lord about this and I can't help but think that maybe this was some sort of answer.

If it is, I am totally scared to even experience it!!

No date setting or anything here. I just wanted to post this to see if any others have had any similar dreams recently.

Plus, I wanted to check what was going on to see if any earthquakes had happened. I did see one thread where the Pacific Rim has been quite active in the last 24 hours.

Guys, if something happens to New Zealand or Australia, I hope to see many of you "on the other side".

Take this how you will. I just really wanted to share this experience. I truly feel something is about to pop soon, but let's just hope this was just a glp-doom-induced-dream.
