All you need do to decide if something is good or evil is play a simple game called good thing/bad thing...
Good thing: helping an old lady across the street.
Might not be - perhaps she didnt want to cross the street
Bad thing: Pushing the old lady under a moving bus.
Might not be perhaps she wanted to die

However, at the end of the day, no one really knows, and it can be just another funny thing about the English language, though it is quite strange that this language has so many "funny" and often disturbing things when words are read backwards. For eg, "God" is "Dog" read backwards. Maybe, it tells us the obverse side of everything. That every truth is truth only when there is an opposing lie.
