Good and evil are subjective and irrelevant without omnipotence. We are limited by time and without seeing all in its entirety, we are clueless. Evil is best described as Entropy, which seeks the cessation of all life and activity. An eternal never ending night of nothingness. That is evil an ultimately what all life fights against!
