I believe that smoke is an indication a Volcano is about to erupt.

I will say this much..it does appear to be coming from Ground Level.

The Smoke we see here from 2:25 onwards is coming(seemingly)from Ground or Below-Ground Level.

If this is correct then I can only assume it to be the Molten Corium(Reactor Fuel in Meltdown)beneath the Units..there looked to be some Water Vapor in the Video also,let's hope this is'nt some of the Fuel beginning to reach the Water Table : ?

‎1) Sand, boron, lead and cement poured into the corium tunnels.

‎2) Tents placed over all 6 reactors with heavy duty filtration systems for any remaining emissions - they already did this for #1

3) Retaining wall built out at sea surrounding plant, filled with boron where heaviest contamination lies.

‎4) Magnetic frequency cage system (Like HAARP) built around area to contain any further ground emissions from getting into the atmosphere...yes you can contain radiation with frequency/magnets.

‎5) Baking soda in the chemtrails sprayed liberally around the entire Northern hemisphere, with concentration in rain shadows of Japan, Pacific Northwest, Alaska , British Columbia, West Coast...since scraping up th top 6 inches of soil is not feasible/possible.

6) Legalizing cannabis immediately so every man, woman, and child can work it into their diet...proven through clinical research from NIH and Harvard that it not only cures but prevents cancer, and is safe for children.

‎7) Put all the spent fuel we have into the deep underground military bases and backfill it with politicians and everyone that works at the NRC and the IAEA, then cap it off with about 1000 feet of concrete.

Of course...joking aside...why havent these or ANY measures been implemented? It would spell death for the rest of the nuke industry if such extraordinary measures were taken I suppose...it would attract alot of attention and be very expensive, and every government seems to want to protect their nuke industry since the 500 lbs of excess plutonium each reactor produces PER YEAR gets collected by the government (at least it does in the US) to make bombs so we can blow each other up, or in the case of the US -- SpReAd DeMoCrAcY

OP...Chernobyl was extinguished in 2 weeks, but they never used water for fear it would do what Fuku is doing, endlessly continue fissioning. It took 3 months to dig under it and place some type of nitrogen absorbtion layer and concrete stopper/layer before it got to the groundwater (which happened at fuku pretty fast, a month or two into it we are learning now) below the plant and 10 months to put the sarcophagus over the top.
That sarcpphagus is ready to collapse as well. Russia has been trying to raise money to replace it for about 10 years. If IT does...the corium there is turning to dust and would send up a huge cloud of crap.
Just another thing to add to the list of nuke threats :/
