Anonymous Coward User ID: 11783882 Belgium 03/03/2012 04:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | for those who have seen DARK CITY, the death of mandela appears to be like 'Shell Beach'. people in the movie know it exists and even have memories of playing on it, but they cannot get there because they dont know the way... Quoting: superfluous moon I've always wondered how much truth there is in the movie you mentioned. |

AGENT_P User ID: 6691031 United States 03/03/2012 04:23 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi! I don't remember about Billy Graham, but I have an equally confusing experience. From the time I was a child, up until recently, I remember New Zealand as being located Southeast of Australia rather than Northeast as it is now. I excelled in Geography, and I used to look at Atlases all of the time as a hobby. I even had a light up rotating globe in my room that I would always watch to help me fall asleep. I am absolutely sure and convinced that NZ was Southeast of Australia, and I couldn't believe, and still sometimes find it hard to believe that it is now Northeast. I just posted the above to the site that was linked earlier. Does anyone else have this memory? |

Auckland, which is at the top of the north island is roughly in line with Sydney and christchurch, which is in the south island is roughly in line with hobart in tasmania... |

OK BREAKINGG!!!!! I am in touch with one of my friends on facebook!! She was in my 2nd grade class!!! She has a shitty memory but she said she does remember the tshirts and thats all she remembers. See, I told you I am not crazy!!! wow, wtf is going on!!!!! Now this is some real doom!!! I hope its not alternate realities because what if the person with the perfect memory (such as myself) is a threat to a timeline if they reveal too much, and current reality may have to kill me! What boggles me is my classmate from 2nd grade ONLY remembered the tshirts of a famous prisoner but shes not sure who it was. She doesn't distinctly rmember it being Mandela nor does she remember our teacher being from S. Africa (she was one of the whites from s africa). I don't have any other contacts from 2nd grade so oh well. I hope reality doesn't get rid of me for exposing the timeline. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 11783882 Belgium 03/03/2012 11:58 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So nobody could find a newspaper article or other saying that he had died? Just curious . I wouldn't remember anything of this ,because I wasn't alive at this time. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 10281109 Very strange though. I think what is being implied here is the timeline in which he did die does contain those news reports. But this timeline that has (gradually) "taken over" does not for obvious reasons. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1493908 United States 03/03/2012 12:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | yea, she just told me to leave her alone and she unfriended me because I tried to make her jog her memory. Shes pissed with me. I never indicated it was Mandela but she said this in the email "look freak, if you ask me one more time who was the prisoner it's not going to make me answer you any clearly than I already have!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT PART OF THAT DONT YOU GET! If I had to guess it would be mandella but since hes alive maybe it was some other foreign creep. Look, sending 5 messages back to back is harassment and I am going to contact facebook as well as block you! We don't talk anyway. Heres some advice, don't harass people on FB, it's a quick way to get blocked,FREAK" |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1493908 United States 03/03/2012 12:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I say that current reality caused her to react that way and block me, I think its safe to say I need to leave this one alone before I conjure up something I don't want in my life...and by the way, I am NOT a freak....shes just doing her part to protect the timeline subconsciously. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1057865 Canada 03/03/2012 12:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Has anyone here seen that new TV show "Awake" about a guy who isn't sure if it's his wife or his son who died? This guy was in a car accident with his wife and his son, and in one alternate reality his wife died and his son is still alive, and in another reality it's the other way around. Confusing, isn't it? Regarding Mandela: I'm pretty sure he's dead. Could it be his son or some other relative that they're talking about? |

It's highly doubtful most people outside of SA would even know who the hell Mandela is had he died while still in prison. He became internationally famous AFTER his release and winning the presidency. So if he had died in prison, most people on the planet would never have even heard of him, meaning you wouldn't be remembering his death. There was a biopic film about another black South African named Steve Biko who died in prison. It came out in the 1980s. People are probably attributing their vague memories of that film with Nelson Mandela. |

I remember learning his name, learning that he was an important political activist of some sort (I was a child and had no understanding of things like apartheid at the time), learning about his imprisonment, learning about protests against his imprisonment, and learning that he had died. After I watched whatever it was that had aired on TV, I went downstairs and asked my mom about him. It was DEFINITELY Nelson Mandela who was the subject of the program. I mispronounced his name and my mom corrected my pronunciation. I thought it was "Nelson Manjela" and she informed me that it was actually "Mandela." |

I thought I was just nutz but I too remember Mandella dying in the 80's. Also Billy Graham & Linda Hamilton, and worst of all I started a thread on another conspiracy site about what this poster just wrote: Hi! I know that this is an old article, but I have something to add that may be related. I remember for many years, from childhood until just recently, that New Zealand was below and to the East of Australia, instead of Northeast as it is now. I was shocked to recently see that it was in a new position. In school, I excelled in Geography, and I used to study atlases as a hobby. I know in my heart that it used to be below Australia. Since finding out the location as it is now, I have found some others who remember New Zealand being located Southeast of Australia. I hope that you find this useful! It is very strange. I was shocked too see where New Zealand is now sitting as well. |
