UPDATE! PA judge who tossed case in which Muslim attacked Athiests NOW claims to be Lutheran NOT Muslim even though he was recorded saying it!

He was a very clear speaker (except right after he said he was a Muslim). He did say it.

So,the defendant got a lecture on their culture. The judge stated something that in America we have Christianity (he neglected to say and many other religions) and that unlike Christianity there's is more than just a religion, it's a culture....

I found that woman to be very mean and obviously hated Islam with a passion, but it seems that this judge agrees that it is indeed "not just a religion". That kind of statement opens a floodgate of controversy.

If people are upset in his area, they should really try and recall him. At the very least, vote him out when the time comes.

Funny you said that, I said the exact same thing to my husband last night! PA is worse than the DC area in some ways, it's amazing how much they can get away with.

The Patriot-News is reporting that Judge Mark Martin and his staff have been temporarily relocated to the Cumberland County Courthouse in Carlisle due to complaints and threats.

Sounds like a good start. With any luck they will relocate him right out of office.

It seems as if the judge incriminated himself (upon citizens review) when he lectured the victim and talked about what would happen over there and "ugly Americans"-which is all true, but doesn't matter here (except in this judges mind).

If he wanted to let the defendant off the hook, he should have done without the lecturing and just said there wasn't sufficient evidence and then let it be.

Think this is a Psy-Ops to get people riled up?

As if that wasn't enough, he allegedly threatened the plaintiff with contempt of court if his diatribe wound up on youtube. Problem is his court and that trial were public. What an arrogant bastard.

The point is that he is now lying about something he said earlier, not to mention it shows that he is not exactly impartial, as Islam is not just a religion (as he himself ended up saying).
