Floods in SW New South Wales Australia set to get worse

I just saw this update from the Bureau of Meteorology on the weatherzone.com.au website. I'm getting sick of all this rain and a couple of my family members may be affected by this soon.

New warnings predict flood emergency to worsen

The Bureau of Meteorology is predicting the flood situation in south-western New South Wales to worsen, with warnings stepped up this afternoon.

Around 75 per cent of the state is flooded or under threat, while the record rain has created similar emergencies across the ACT and northern Victoria.

Police in Goulburn are knocking on doors and asking people to leave their homes as heavy rain is leading to rises in the Wollondilly and Mulwaree rivers.

While about 200 homes in the city are subject to evacuation orders, hundreds more are subject to evacuation orders at Cooma in the state's south.
