Screw with China - they will shut your water off

In the year of friendship and cooperation between India and China, it would appear that the real message to India is "you better be friendly and cooperate with China - or else".

A river feeding into India from Tibet though a disputed territory has suddenly dried up.

This on the heels of India's Defense Minister recently making a visit to the disputed area that China still claims for its own. Inflammatory exchange ensued from between the two countries and magically the water stopped flowing.

A previous war was fought between the two countries in 1962 over the territory.
