I think it's mostly in the genes. I drink regularly and am stressed...though I do eat a ton of veggies (but I'm not a vegetarian). My students (and believe me, teens are BRUTAL) tell me I look like I'm 35 and I'm pushing 50.
It's really very dependent on your genetic makeup. I know people younger than me who are much more health conscious and they look like crap.
