Conspiri-HAARP tards may have been correct about gibberish speaking reporters
Does anyone remember the gibberish newscasters who were speaking live on television but then developed issues and only spoke gibberish?

Speech Jamming Gun Freezes Any Talker Mid-Sentence

SNIP

Researchers from the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Tskuba and Ochanomizu University in Japan have created a speech jamming gun that takes the words right out of speakers’ mouths using a clever trick of psychology.
.
.
.
The only limitation is that it only works with words; meaningless syllables like those often expressed by pirates or onomatopoeia don’t necessarily work.

The researchers see it as a tool to maintain order in meetings or discussion groups where someone is trying to dominate the conversation.

Interesting.

The one described in the article works by emitting sounds to disrupt the speaker, if I remember correctly. It is supposed to 'confuse' similar to an echoing/reverberating cell phone conversation for instance.

I wonder if we would 'hear it' in action.
We opened doors by thinking.

*spoiler alert*

From the article itself:

So by using a simple directional microphone and speaker device, the researchers have created a handheld "speech jammer" that records what a person is saying and repeats it back at them with a two-tenths-of-a-second delay.

most reporters wear an earpiece.

if that is the case, maybe something fucked up she was hearing herself talk 0.2 sec after she had started reporting.

Wow! That is interesting. I remember seeing the interview with the woman in video one. She was taken to the hospital and she was mortified! She had no clue what happened to her - I believe they were suspicious of a mini stroke.

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Millions of viewers witnessed CBS2 Reporter Serene Branson’s medical emergency live on TV during the station’s newscast following the Grammy Awards.

Branson, an Emmy-award winning reporter, was doing her live shot outside Staples Center Sunday when her words became incoherent and she exhibited symptoms of a severe medical condition. Today Branson spoke with Anchorwoman Pat Harvey about her terrifying experience.

“My head was definitely pounding and I was very uncomfortable and I knew something wasn’t right,” Branson told Harvey. “I was terrified and confused. Confused. What had just happened? ...

When I was a kid I did. I could simply completely block out the context of their dialogue, kind of like de-focusing your eyes but only with the speech recognition part of my brain.I always assumed all kids had this ability. The kids on 'The Peanuts" did.

Re: Conspiri-HAARP tards may have been correct about gibberish speaking reporters
You know that whatever is making them say those things is utterly evil, but it still sounds funny. I'm not sure it was the 'silencer gun' (since apparently all it can do is silence a person) but it was likely some kind of wave attack. What surprises me is that there was no delay between the reports and the airing of them. I thought there was a 5-second or 12-second delay, even on the 'live-to-air' segments.

Anyone here in the on-air media industry? Isn't there always a time delay, even in live-to-air shows?
