Don't worry about being too technical or too pedestrian, just run us through the mechanics Haarp creates an ionization field. That means that there are charged particles in the air. Cme's are also charged particles. The ionization field created by haarp repels the cme's charged particles. Similar to how two magnets repel eachother. |
