You guys are so funny that you don't even know it...
You know the Sun IS changing...In the most literal term possible...The sun is produced by the fusion of H (hydrogen) into He (helium) through what is considered gravitational compression...Now it's fuel supply is limited and will be "used up" eventually...However that said the Sun changes with every breath it takes, so to speak...The Sun is always changing...All the evidence is there at your finger tips...Look some things up...
To imply that the Sun is static and never changes, well is wrong...The Sun also is never in the same place twice...It flies trough the galaxy ever changing and always moving...
So yes in response to your statement about the Sun being the same for millions of years (bold above), I would have to say you are sadly mistaken...Where as you say we can't know that, well again the information is at your finger tips...Try googl'in Antarctic ice cores...and our small window to the Sun is a small fraction of the changes that the Sun imposes on our entire solar system...
The issues you guys seem to have is not who knows the Sun best but who is either stupider, an idiot, or a douche bag, seems to dictate your views on human nature...
