It's not rocket science, and you need to test it... You need to be able to get out within an hour or less... If you want to have a good chance.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12127233 they've already been doing drills around here with shutting down MILES of freeway for 6 hours, in the middle of the day. and detouring traffic onto one main street...and i'm in the middle of MANY main streets...no way out. :( any suggestions for those in the middle of a city with no way out without using at least on main street? or are people like that just royally screwed?
