Would still like to meet up with you in Memphis if you desire...but don't know how to do that if you will be offline until Dec.
Just a note on the Shelby Farms thing. I never realized all the county agencies were there until I went today to register my car. My friend heads up the community gardens and farmers market on the extensive property. I just didnt know all the other things there including the prison. I've only lived here a year...

In a worst case crisis if you can quickly make it there, you'll likely find that you can be among the first evacuees.. IF there is any evacuations. They can set up a solid perimeter around there pretty quickly and move in crisis management equipment and personnel in a flash. Good luck.
