I agree that she does not have a good case at all. In fact I bet a judge will throw out any lawsuit.

Testifying in Congress is testifying to the public. Her words are now history and can be read by anyone and discussed by anyone.

This will be about free speech. She made public statements in Congress. Any American citizen can discuss them.

In fact I cannot believe anyone would suggest otherwise. I am sure those types think the Constitution is just a piece of paper.
