In the middle of the road is Lisa, and she is waving you down like crazy and she tells you that you can't go left because if you do, it will lead you over a treacherous ravine and the bridge is out. By your way of thinking, Lisa has no right to try to warn you of certain death because you have a God-given right to decide which way you want to go. Both roads lead somewhere and if you want to take the road over the ravine, then by golly, you're going to take it! Lisa isn't trying to scare you! She posts so many threads and i'm curious. I believe in the Bible 100%. I do not attend or belong to any church, my church is my mind and my heart. I have a close relationship with the Lord, and that's all I need. That's all anyone needs. I agree with you here. We carry the Church of God within each of us. The Bible is so rich with variations and misinterprtations that I find it confusing, yet when I start to decode it and begin to remove the veil it starts to make perfect sense but i guess some people would call that heresy. For me, my life and my journey is all about enquiry. We have to question, to enquire to move, to grow, to learn. Enquiry is the narrow path for it can be a lonely and unsettling journey. Shedding the shackles of conditioning can be painful. Nice ~If everyone would take responsibility for their actions or lack of, then we could all be free~ |
