The VORTEX

Glad I came across this thread. Awesome video, thanks for sharing that. She speaks about this on a level that people can connect with. On a physical level I have experienced the energetic sensation of the vortex while in a deep relaxed state - makes your head spin & bob (literally) but it's not dizzying or disorienting. Feels like being in a trance-like state. To an outside observer you may look possessed, lol. Pretty trippy.

It's called Glucosamine. I use it for arthrosis.

i like to add that logic in and of itself can lead to a vicious circle of never ending thought loops- in order to free oneself logic has to be utilized supported by REASON.
