This sounds silly, I guess, but watch carefully the times you feel anxious.
Do you drink a lot of coffee, or soda? Do you eat a lot of sugar?
Even chocolate, God forbid, can put some people into anxiety attacks.
I would keep a food diary, and then try and see if you get anxious after you have eaten one of those things.
Don't get on anti-anxiety medication. It's addictive and hard to get off of.
