Flawless research! I watched a video last night that I will post. The Vatican hijacked ancient texts basically. Again, truth and lies weave throughout our history.

Thank you weareone and seems to be in line with the information I have uncovered. So what do you think happens next? if it is true where are these sun god's now? What are they doing. Are they involved in how things are unfolding on this planet or do they just watch as a scientist might observe lab rats.? Does our life end at death.?

Does the sumerian or other texts deal with any of this? Why did they create us? Did they just do it for fun, something to do? Or was there a purpose a reason we were created?

That was a good set of videos! The original version was online for a long time and was only recently removed. This version will be gone soon no doubt so watch/record before it disappears.

WAO, thanks so much for posting your findings. I hope we didn't force your hand, but I think I speak for most of us when I say that all information, whether we agree 100% or not, is useful in distilling our own truths.

I found a bunch of the same things that you did, and I have to say that the similarities between the texts are too close to ignore.

I do study the Bible and I believe that it is truthful in its entirety. However, it was written by men centuries ago and has been passed down and translated numerous times. Many books have been removed from the cannon in order to control or shape religious beliefs of the day. This makes it very difficult to place certain stories in context. I don't think that the Bible contains untruths at all, but I do think that we may not get the entire picture unless we also take excluded books and other ancient texts into consideration.

our human history is really hidden from us. i can't wait to hopefully learn the truth. also hope to see a sort of merging between science and religion. i think they might be kept separate to keep people fighting amongst each other.

I agree totally with you. It sounds like a bible bash but it isn't. I also don't believe the Bible is full on untruths but as you say, books shape society and with so much secrecy surrounding our history it is much easier to manipulate in ALL books.

i have never understood the all or nothing attitude some people have about the bible. people misinterpret and misunderstand things even with good intentions let alone bad ones. you can't just rule out bad intentions or omissions. just saying you gotta listen to yourself.

i believe the truth will come out. when the curtain falls. people will be in shock.

It is easy to look into these lyrics and form some opinons on what they are alluding to, released in 1997. They even new about us being here talking about them citing " godlike"

My understanding from my research suggests that they(the ets that made us) are observing our progress and don't intervene directly unless we may otherwise annihilate ourselves.(There are numerous reports of nuclear missiles being disabled by ufos, for example.). There is a huge purpose for our existence. It is to become more and more like the creator(the entity which created this universe), ourselves. Perhaps to the point where we will create our own universes. Enjoying our existence to its full potential(without any constraints), for infinity.

And like WeAreOne and others stated, there is no reason why we in this thread should argue and try and convince each other of one idealogy over another. Everybody has the right to their own opinions and beliefs, religious or otherwise, as long as it doesnt harm others.

They plant this garbage knowing just about everyone can't understand the Bible from the beggining and thus create contention in what youre going to believe. If you don't get the begging right you are not going to understand half of the rest.

Gen 1:1 God created the heaven and the earth. Done, complete it was inhabitable and was inhabited by physical creatures of which you can only imagine and also angelic man. We were all there folks.

Eons go by and some thing happens that displeases the Almighty. You already know the who and why.

Gen 1:2 God destroys the earth in a Flood that makes noahs flood look like a rainstorm. Then He starts recreating this dispensation.

Gen 1:3 the light here is not sunlight folks

God created the races of man on the 6th day. Both man and woman. Animal too. Note the word "REplenish" Read it... Pay attention.

God created Adam after resting on the 7th day. Read it. It's right there. Why is he so special? Then God creates Eve from Adams curve. Why?

I am still trying to understand the WHY? Is it there have been a couple of God's fighting back and forth throughout the ages one wishing to bring knowledge and freedom to man, the other to control and enslave man. Then every several thousand years they have the ultimate the fight most of us get wiped out in the process and the whole thing starts up again?

Thoughts are welcomed as to what posters here might think the big picture is. What is the purpose or is there one?

Rebel Leader - Grounded Angel

The purpose of this work is to address the concept that UFOs in the Bible, in our history, and in our modern age are evil. The religious community, as a whole, has one generic approach to the current debate over the UFO phenomenon; it is Satan's deception. With zealous piety, and exuberant ignorance, the dogmatically dedicated interpreters of all biblical truth declare that all things flying in the air, which are unidentified, are a demonic holographic conspiracy from hell. With not a trace of evidence to support such blind condemnation, this theory can be dispensed with in short order. Simply compare the number of times the good guys are described as flying in, appearing with, or speaking from, an object in the sky, and the number of times the bad guys appear the same way. Good guys, hundreds, Bad guys, zero. No objects, lights, sounds, or other trademarks of common Biblical aerial vehicular descriptions are presented. Neither Satan, nor his angels, are associated wth flight despite being present throughout the entire period of biblical writings. And as for the devils and unclean or evil spirits are never described as flying without possessing a human or animal host.

`What the Bible does say, about glowing, spinning, metallic, flying objects, is that they are the thrones of the Elohiym, and that Jesus will return with a fleet of them. There are no warnings that Satan has anything to do with these vehicles. Jesus actually repeatedly instructs mankind to watch the skies for his return, because that is the way he will arrive. The only response the "flying demon aliens from hell" proponents have is that this is surely the "Great Deception" Satan will cast on the masses. But, who is being deceived? Yhovah says he flies swiftly through the sky in bright, spinning, metallic objects, and the church says it is Satan. Job 1:6
declares that Satan is on foot.

Satan's Flight Status
Revelation 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
This is the verse considered to be directly related to the fall of Satan and one-third of the angels. It clearly states that they were in the sky, as were all angels, and were thrown to the Earth. Could this be anything but a direct reference to the grounding of the angels? Heaven = The sky.

Satan and the Angels Permanently Grounded
Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Here, it is affirmed that after losing a battle with Michael and his angels in the sky, Satan and his angels are cast out of the sky onto the Earth and were not allowed in the sky again.

Peace In Space, Grief On Earth
Perhaps the strongest proof of Satan's grounding, is what can only be considered a direct scriptural affirmation that Satan, and his angels have lost their flight status. The foundation of the satanic UFO concept is that he is flying in our skies now. They attempt to prove this by incorrectly claiming the above scriptural events happen at the end of Satan's reign on Earth. They ignore the very clear contradiction about the true chronology of this great battle. They use a little understood, but widely practiced method used with great effect by the pulpit, which isolates scripture to justify specific doctrinal misconceptions. This is simply to quote one or more verses, ignore the context in which these appear, and orate a concept using only partial scripture.
This is exactly how this very important foundation of the concept that Satan is "now" in our skies is deceptively presented. Those properly conditioned by the pulpit with sufficiently long hours of sermon exposure are not prone to read anything else, accepting the authority of the orator, and only those words they chose to present as relevent. But a simple consideration of the verses following this carefully isolated set of verses, changes the time frame of this battle from the end of Satan's rule, to the beginning of that rule.
Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
A great voice from the sky is heard saying that the beings who inhabit the sky should be glad that Satan was now out of the sky, and that the inhabitants of the planet, should grieve because Satan, now down on the planet, has a very bad atttude, and knows that his capture, and imprisonment are his future.
Satan will certainly not be roaming around angrily plaguing humanity while the Christ is directly ruling the planet. The scriptural principle, "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.", (Psalms 53:1), reflects the reality of the ignorance concerning Satan's obvious presence in human affairs throughout history. The pulpit adds to this ignorance by pointing to the conditions in the time of Noah as proof mankind is basically evil, negating any direct association between the evil on Earth with Satan. Ignoring the easily discovered truth that this evil in Noah's day was the direct result of influence from another group of angelic conspirators, humanity gets the blame because of its perceived inherit corrupt nature.
This battle detailed in Revelation 12, is referring to the, now ancient, attempt by Satan to place his throne above God's before the time of man. Nothing lends more credence to the contention of an issue than eyewitness testimony. Consider the following scriptural testimony that clearly shows Satan's fall was in the past, not the future:
Jesus, in the beginning of the First Century AD speaks of the previous fall of Satan from the sky.
Luke 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
