People still say "you are what you eat" but I really don't think that's true anymore. In the USA (as an example) you don't know what they put in products or if it's GMO or not.

I only recently found out about the cancer ingredients in Coke but in Europe it has REAL sugar in it (I don't drink it, this was just an example).

Likewise fruit and veg. The two things that should be good for you but with all the chemicals and insecticides you really can't be sure.

I personally will not eat anything coming from the states, it is too risky. I'm lucky I have the choice and the labelling across the World (excluding the states and 1 or 2 others) clearly states what it is.

Exercise is the best way. I'm lucky I can get an hour in each day to do it.
