I know this is going to sound far-fetched and sci-fi; but, I say this based on the research of Dr. Emoto. Perhaps the Elite are playing a frequency so high which retards us some how? I know, crazy. Sorry, I do not want to throw anybody off track.



I remember hearing once that the Russians had sound technology that controls human behavior and can even put them to sleep. So no I don't think your crazy; your just stating something that most refuse to entertain as a possibility.
